“What are you worrying about?” he asked.

She thought about lying, but she wanted him to know how she felt. “What if I can’t … you know, have sex?”

“You will,” he said confidently.

Sage shook her head. “You don’t know that.”

He smiled and smoothed the hair off her face. “I do know it.”

“How?” She wanted to have as much confidence as he did.

He cupped her face in his palm. “Because every time I touch you, you burn. You’ll take everything I give you and ask for more, and I guarantee you’ll enjoy it all. I will never hurt you or push you beyond your limits.”

Sage turned to face him. She studied his face and saw the gentle caring that warmed her heart.

“Uh, what would you do if I asked you to touch me right now?”

His hand smoothed the blanket off her hips and then started caressing her side with his fingers grazing over the side of her breasts, making goose bumps pop out all over her body.

“I would tell you that you need to be sure because once you give yourself to me, that’s it. You’ll be my little for the rest of our lives.”

She stared in shock. “How can you say that? We hardly know each other.”

“I know enough to decide you’re the one for me. As for you, I’ll make you so damn happy that you’ll never want to leave.”

Sage swallowed. On one hand, she wanted to laugh and cheer, but on the other hand, the thought of him leaving her made her stomach cramp and her heartbeat race.

He gripped a chunk of her hair to hold her steady. “I want you to need me as much as I need you.”

“God, Daddy, I already do need you. I feel like I can’t relax unless I’m with you. You make me feel safe and cared for.”

He closed his eyes. “That’s exactly what I’m going to do, Baby.” His eyes opened, and it felt like he stared into her soul. “Tell me you want me inside of you,” he growled.

Her hands slid over his bare chest. “I want you inside of me, please.”

“If at any time you get scared, just tell me. I can stop.”

She nodded.

“So be it. You are mine now, Sweetheart.”

“Yes.”

He bent his head and pressed his lips to hers. Her mouth opened to let him explore whatever he wanted to. The kiss turned ravenous quickly, making both their breathing accelerate. Sage felt his hand skim over her side and back.

Her attention was on his lips and tongue, but she was aware that the shirt of his she wore was sliding up over her bare ass.

The breath stalled in her throat when his hand skimmed over her naked body. When his fingers skimmed in between her ass cheeks, it sent tingles of awareness through her. Instead of being apprehensive, she was ready for anything and everything he gave her.

His hand kept moving, trying to touch as much of her as possible while still kissing the hell out of her.

“Let’s get this off of you,” he said. He unbuttoned the shirt and pulled it away from her, dropping it on the carpet. When his hand came back it cupped her breast. “Fuck, you are so damn pretty.”

Dark thoughts of the things the monsters said to her tried to invade her mind, but she fought it.

“That’s right. You stay with me.”

She nodded. Her hands slowly slid over him. When she slid down over his chest and further, she was surprised that he was naked. “Did you sleep like that?”
