Best to focus on sex. Only sex. “Good. We want to make it good for you. Great for you. You like what we did today on the hike?”

She’s a little breathless as she answers with, “I did. It was better than I imagined.” She turns her gaze to Ledger. “But did you?”

She sounds nervous, like she’s worried he didn’t have a good time.

“Honey, I fucking loved every single second of kissing you, touching you, and fucking you,” he says, meeting her gaze straight on. “Don’t doubt that one bit.”

Her shoulders relax. “I won’t.”

But her brow knits, her eyes going serious. “Does it bother you that this is all new to me?”

Smiling and shaking my head, I slide my hand up her thigh. I can feel Ledger doing the same to her other leg, roaming his palm along her skin. Heat races down my chest, heading straight to my balls. “Sweet thing, it fucking excites me,” I say.

“The things we can introduce you to,” Ledger says in a rasp, his eyes hooked on her.

Her skin flushes as she murmurs something likeyes.

“The ways we can touch you,” I add. Her chest rises and falls, her breasts heaving beautifully as we seduce her together.

“The places we can take you in bed,” Ledger rumbles.

I tease my fingers along the silky fabric of her stocking. She lets her legs fall open, looking the slightest bit intoxicated. She feels warm. Her eyes are glossy.

This is my favorite thing. To make a woman feel like she’s the center of the world.

“I hope dinner goes by really fast,” she says.

I couldn’t agree more. “Me fucking too.”

THINGS ARE BETTER

Dinner goes by so quickly that less than two hours later, I’m in my board shorts in the hot tub. Bubbles froth around the three of us. Aubrey’s between us, her skin dewy in that skimpy pink bikini that makes me want to tear it off so I can play with her fantastic tits.

But first things first.

We’ve already broken our pre-trip rules. Time to lay down some new ones for the rest of the vacation.

Currently, Aubrey’s focused on enjoying the hell out of this bottle of Cristal, courtesy of Aiden, so I don’t press the topic yet. I’ll search for the perfect moment like I hunt for opportunities on the ice every game. She lifts her glass high. “To free champagne.”

“It just tastes better when someone else accidentally buys it for you,” I say after I take a sip of theCristal, savoring the taste. Dinner, jacuzzi, champagne. The hallmarks for a good night.

With a satisfied post-sip sigh Aubrey declares, “I’m going to start a line of champagne and call the first one…I Never Liked You That Much Anyway.”

What a treat to see her laugh about the situation. I smile, getting in on the fun. “Let’s make it a whole collection.”

“The three of us will launch it,” Dev adds, then tips his glass my way. “It’ll also include theThank Fuck I’m Single Againfor you.”

I snort-laugh at his champagne name for me, then he points at himself and adds, “And we’ll add theSo Glad I Didn’t Marry Her.”

“Ooh!” Aubrey sits up straighter, eyes bright. “Can we call it theBetter Off Without Themcollection?”

“Honestly, if this wine line doesn’t already exist, I’m going to be disappointed in all the entrepreneurs in the world,” I say.

“Me too,” she says. “There’s a whole cottage industry out there celebrating breakups. A friend of mine in the city is actually a breakup party planner. Juliet throws these fantastic parties to celebrate moving on.”
