Taker nodded. “Yeah she’s gonna need one. She’s crashing fast.”

Sam nodded. “And I’ll just bet these boys are stupid enough to have something on them that will give the cops enough evidence to hold them behind bars for a long time.”

“If they don’t I can give them a video of what went down here,” Zipper informed the group.

Boss snapped his head up and looked at the other man. “You videoed this meet?”

Zipper nodded. “Sam wanted evidence of what went down. You know, in case Danny needed it to have Rylan’s rights revoked. Now the cops can use it to send these boys to prison for being involved in a kiddy porn ring. I’m sure there’s more evidence back where they came from. But by coming here, they crossed state lines and that makes it a federal crime. So that means, the ABC’s get involved.”

Boss leaned his head back and laughed. After a chuckle or two, he looked at Crank and his boys. “Wow, this is golden isn’t it? You boys are going away for the rest of your miserable lives. With this, they will bust up your useless MC once and for all. That’s not gonna make Loki very happy. As President, he’s gotten caught with his hand in the cookie jar, so to speak and now he’s gonna pay for stealing the cookies.”

Taker smiled. “That’s gonna make Kagen happy, hell he’s gonna throw a fucking party when we get back.”

Crank just snarled at the other man’s words. But he kept his mouth shut.

One of his men however, did not, “Fuck you Warriors, we’re still a better MC. You think Loki can’t beat this rap, you just watch him. You got nuthin’ on our club without the bodies and you’ll never find them.”

“Shut your fucking mouth, you idiot,” Crank snapped at his brother. “Not another fucking word, moron.”

They all could hear the sirens coming closer now. The tension was high until the red and blue flashing lights came to a stop.

The cops stepped out of their vehicles and one of them asked, “What the hell is going on here?”

“Officers, we have stopped a kidnapping in progress,” Deke called out. “And then we found out the kid these men intended to take was going to be sold into a kiddy ring by these gentlemen.”

“Who shot the woman and why?” another officer asked.

“We shot her to stop her from shooting one of her brothers,” Sam called out. “We didn’t kill her, we only stopped her from killing one of them.”

“We have the exchange on tape, if you’d like to see it,” Zipper added. “That might clear up any confusion as to who did what.”

One of the officers stepped closer and Zipper played the video he recorded. When it was done, the cop told his fellow officers, “Round them up and arrest them. Put the woman in cuffs and accompany her to the hospital but she’s under arrest. Oh, and she appears to be an addict who’s crashing, so watch her close.”

His fellow officers handcuffed Crank and his MC members,

The lead officer reminded them to empty their pockets and he told them he would be impounding their bikes.

Finally, the cops pulled out along with a trailer holding the bikes.

Sam, Deke, Gator, Raine, and Zipper met up with Taker, Boss, Flame, and Colt.

Taker held out his hand to Sam.

Sam grasped it and shook it. “I’m sorry about your sister.”

Taker shook his head. “We didn’t keep an eye on her like we should have, otherwise this wouldn’t have been necessary. If we had known what she was up to, Danny wouldn’t have had to run with Breanna and your woman wouldn’t have gotten caught up in the drama Rylan put them through.”

“Well, at least everything worked out in the end.” Deke shook his head. “I’m only sorry she’ll be doing time in jail now though.”

Taker shook his head. “Don’t be sorry for that. Maybe she’ll get herself clean and stay that way. She’s been out of control for a while now and that needed to stop. She probably doesn’t even realize how bad she screwed up. At the least, they’ll get her sober and that’s the one thing she needs.”

Flame shook his head. “I didn’t even know her today. Oh, she looked like Rylan all right, but even that has changed. She’s slimmer and more out there than the sister I knew before. I didn’t care for how she looked and I liked it even less when she opened her mouth.”

“We’d like to say goodbye to Danny and Breanna,” Taker said to Sam. “Then we’ll head on home. If this is where Danny relocates, I think you’ll see us a little more when we stop in to check up on them.”

“Why are you starting to check up on them now, when you didn’t before?” Sam asked.

Taker’s eyes flared with resentment but he tapered back his ire. “Fair point, but we didn’t know what was going on before, did we?”
