The firelight danced in his eyes, making him look other-worldly. He was everything.

His pace increased and she felt her orgasm build, her hips met his move for move.

"Jasiah..." she huffed out softly.

"Maya." He pushed in again. "Should I pull out?"

She raised her hips again, meeting him solidly, eager for her orgasm. One more time and she'd be there.

He pushed in solidly. She gasped and strained as her orgasm flew through her like the fire they lay before. Hot pleasure screamed through her body.

His kissed her lips and brought her back to this world. "In or out." He commanded.

She stared into his eyes, her fingers squeezed his tightly. "In."

He pushed twice more, the muscles in his body tensed, his eyes took on another look of pure pleasure as he poured himself into her. They froze as they were, staring at each other. The meaning of what just happened washed over her in a flood of pure emotion and elation. She was in love with Jasiah Weston and she wasn't concerned if she'd just gotten pregnant. In fact, she'd love to fill this cabin with many of his babies.

A tear trickled down the side of her face to her temple. He kissed the tear away, his lips near her ear, his voice husky and gruff, as he said, "I love you, Maya Sager."

Jasiah woke as the morning sun peered through the opening in the curtains. He watched the beginnings of day and the shadows of the trees danced on his ceiling. Maya lay nestled next to him, his arm around her, her naked body warm and inviting against him.

She stirred, stretched, and tilted her head to look into his eyes. "Morning."

He grinned. Her sleepiness was adorable. "Good morning."

"I have to pee."

He chuckled. "I'll make you some tea while you go."

She glanced around the cabin. "Where would that be?"

"I have a chamber pot in the corner." He pointed to the curtains that separated his bedroom from the main cabin. He'd never pulled them closed, there'd never been need.

"Or," she sighed.

"There's an outhouse behind the garden."

She kissed his lips quickly, sat up and began dressing. "I'm opting for the outhouse."

"Okay," he husked. His heart dropped a little. He couldn't offer her what she had down below. He could make improvements though.

He stood and stretched, then grabbed his briefs and pulled them on. Maya's hands smoothed up his back and circled around his waist. Her hands brushed along his chest, then her arms tightened and squeezed him tightly to her. Her cheek pressed into his back, his arms felt empty. He reached back and squeezed her as much as he could.

Her arms loosened and he turned. Filling his lungs with air, he let it out slowly. His heartbeat sped up. His life changed dramatically in a short week's time. So much promise for the future, loss speeding toward him as fast as a freight train. He pressed his lips to hers and emotion slammed him in the chest.

She stepped back. "Gotta pee. I'll be right back."

Swallowing, he inhaled a couple of deep breaths as she stepped into the crisp morning air.

He quickly made the bed, something that had been drilled into him from the time he could do it. Get out of bed and make it before you do anything else. Once that was finished, he filled his tea kettle with water and hung it on the cast iron arm and swung it into the fireplace.

Pulling wood from the rack near the fireplace, he lay kindling and three logs in the cooling fireplace, struck his Ferro stick a few times and started the kindling on fire. He blew a couple times to grow the fire, then sat back and made sure it started the logs to burning.

Preparing two cups for tea, scooping tea into the infusers, he glanced out the window to see the community beginning to wake up.

Maya stepped into the front door, pulled her jacket off and hung it on the empty wooden hook next to his jacket.
