By the time we finished, after what turned into round two of sex and managed a quick breakfast we head out to pick up Teddy. The journey in the car we spent talking about her childhood and how she always wanted to be a nurse. She asks about my family too which I indulge her with, leaving out a few minor details she doesn't need to know. As we pull up to Max's house, I notice the lack of security surrounding the place which makes my stomach twitch. Before getting out of the car, Lucille turns to me and grabs onto my hand, "Silas, I know you and Max don't see eye to eye but he’s my brother and has looked out for me and Teddy since I came knocking on his door, pregnant and scared. I owe him my life. He's a good man, please try not to fight with him or kill him."
I smirk, "For you I would do anything angel. If he's important to you I'll restrain myself, however you might need to speak to Cole and Linc too. I might be quick to temper but they hold grudges longer than me."
She shakes her head smiling. "Well if they want another performance like this morning, they'll take my request seriously," she states as she exits the car.
I round the car and follow Lucille to the front door. She stops just short of the step. I peer around her frozen body to see blood coating the door handle and the lock split in tow. She moves to rush in but instinctively I grab her by the waist. "No Lucille. Wait here. Let me check it out first." I command before moving forward and nudging the door open. I have my gun out as I take a look around the house. There’s evidence of a struggle, blood on the carpet, a lot of it and the furniture is smashed to pieces, but the place is empty.
I return to Lucille, whos a deathly shade of pale and chewing on her thumbnail. "Place is empty, it looks like there has been a struggle. We will find them my love." She doesn't say anything as tears form in her eyes and she pushes past me to see the chaos left behind. I follow her like a shadow and she sobs, gripping a note in her hand. I pull her into my arms but she pushes back, handing me the note.
Give me what I want darling, I'll be waiting.
Chapter 36
Linc
What a fucking glorious way to wake up on a Monday morning. I sigh happily to myself as I drive over to the shipping yard to check on this week’s scheduled deliveries. I can still feel my cock twitch against my zipper when I replay the last hour in my head. The sight of Lucille's tight hole taking the full length of my cock while she fucked Silas at the same time was the most beautiful thing I'd ever seen. I groan loudly and have to rearrange myself as the strain on my trousers is becoming unbearable. Christ, I wish I didn't have to fucking work today, I could spend all day fucking her in every hole, in every position and thoroughly enjoy watching my brothers do the same in turn.
Pulling up behind an old shipping container, I get out of the car and light up a cigarette, hoping the nicotine will subside the throbbing in my pants before I'm forced to stand in front of my men with a giant erection. It seems to work so I straighten my jacket and walk across the yard into the warehouse we use to store our drug and gun shipments in, nodding to Jonesy, the old guy we pay as our security detail down here on the way in. He tips his cap to me and nods his good morning. He doesn't talk much unless it’s necessary, that's why we like to keep him on the books. I stroll over to the back office room where I find Dax lounging with his feet up on the desk not noticing that I'm here. I rap my knuckles against the glass window making him jump and reach for his gun but I've already drawn my own.
"Eye's up buttercup. You'd be fucking dead already if I wanted you to be," I state, slipping the gun back into my waistband.
"Shit! Sorry boss, didn't see you there," he stutters.
"Yes I noticed," I say, walking around the back of the desk to filter through the delivery papers. "Everything on track down here?" I ask, not looking up from the paperwork.
Dax is silent for a moment and I almost ask again before he stutters again. "Uh almost, Boss. We're still waiting for the delivery from Friday."
I snap my head up and catch him trying to look anywhere but at me. "What the fuck do you mean from Friday? That's three fucking days ago!" I shout running my hand up through my hair, "Who is it?" I demand. Silence again and he still isn't looking directly at me. "I won't ask again." I hiss through gritted teeth, clenching my hands and cracking the knuckles.
"T..T..Theo boss, it's Theo."
I slam my fists into the desk as he says my fathers name. “FUCK!" I roar, ripping my hands across the desk and throwing everything across the room.
“I.. I’m sorry boss.” Dex mumbles from the corner, slightly cowering behind his arms. I bring my eyes to his and fight hard against every urge in my body that’s telling me to put his head through the window but I don’t move a muscle.
“Why have I not been notified about this?” I ask as calmly as I can.
“He.. he said that you were aware.”
I close my eyes and take a deep breath before I say through gritted teeth, “Does it look like I was fucking aware Dax!?”
Dax shakes his head, “N..n..no boss.”
I rub my hands over my face and laugh, a psychotic, menacing laugh and Dax watches me carefully like I might snap at any moment but I’m feeling strangely calm now the sudden burst of anger has passed and I sit down in the office chair.
“What was the shipment?” I ask and with fumbling hands Dax picks up a clipboard off the floor from the mess I’ve made and scrolls down it.
“A case of AK-47’s and a dozen revolvers,” he states calmly without a stutter.
I nod my head, this is the second time we’ve had a late shipment of his now, there must be something going on. I get up, knocking the chair over as I stand.
“Clean this shit up,” I bark before storming out and getting back into my car. I’m already tapping Cole on speed dial before I’m out of the yard grounds.
“Where are you?” I snap before he even has a chance to even say hello.
“Mezzanotte, I just got back from the restaurant. What is it?” he asks, noting the tone of my voice.
“My fucking father,” I seethe and hear him huff in response down the end of the phone. “I’ll be there in ten.” I hang up and slam my foot to the floor.
