“We’re getting married,” he says, removing a beautiful ring from the box.

“Damaso?”

“Yes?”

“You’ve thought about this for a while.”

“Since I met you, but you were too young.”

“I’m like, what? Two months older?”

He puts the ring on my finger.

“I beg to differ,” he says, amused. “You’re much older than you look.”

“You haven’t even asked me,” I say, inspecting the diamond ring.

“I’m asking you now.” He laughs. “I don’t think you have much of a choice. You know too much. So it’s either this…” he points to the ring. “Or I’ll make you disappear.”

He bites his lip, pushing back a grin while I ponder his words and laugh, shaking my head.

“You didn’t just say that to me.”

“You really don’t have a choice. You know that.”

I slide away from him, turn around to face him, hitch my thigh high on his hip, cuff his hard length, and point it to my center before he enters me slowly, and I wind my arms around his neck.

“I don’t want to have a choice,” I murmur against his lips. “And the answer is yes.”

“Smart choice,” he says, grinning before kissing me.

“With one condition, though.”

“I’m listening,” he says, cupping my butt and fucking me at a slow pace.

I choke a little when I speak.

“You have to love me, or I won’t do it.”

His eyes narrow with a heartfelt smile.

“I love you, gattino. I’ve always loved you. Before you even came into my life,” he says, nostalgic, and I spend a second taking him in before looping my arms around his neck and kissing him until I leave him breathless.

“I love you too,” I say, my voice breaking from emotion.

“This dress is sick,”Jen says, looking at me and making me twirl.

“It’s beautiful, isn’t it?” I say, glancing in the mirror.
