“You don't have to do that,” he said. “I'll talk to Sebastian; he will drop you off at my private hanger. The plane will take you where you want to go.”
“You really don't have to,” I insisted. “You've done enough.”
“Don't worry. I will just put it on Olivia's tab,” he said and shot her a wink before leaving.
“I…” I tried to stop him.
“Give it a rest. I will handle it,” Olivia stopped me. “Just do as he says and get on the plane.”
“Yeah, but he is going to have you work for it,” I explained.
“I can manage,” she said.
I was about to argue further when I noticed the smile on her face. She wasn't even looking at me but where he went in.
It couldn't be.
“I see how it is,” I grinned. “You just want me out of the way so you can pay him back with your sweet, sexy body.”
“What! No, it's not like that,” she defended. Typically she would frown, but this time there was a bashful smile on her face.
“Oh, my God, you’ve fallen in love,” I teased her again, hoping to get a reaction; but she didn't say anything.
“Seriously?” I raised a brow.
“I don't know yet,” she answered.
In all my years of knowing her, this was the first time I had seen such an expression.
“You'll do fine,” I assured her.
“Thank you,” she smiled.
I returned to Chicago, determined to start my own story. My fairytale wedding would have to wait.

Sebastian had things to do, so Lucas and I dropped Kate at the airport. On our way, back, he wanted to drop me off at the hospital…or so I thought.
“So, you're going to sleep at the hospital again?” he asked.
“Does it bother you?” I asked.
“It kind of does,” he replied. “So, where do you keep your things?”
“In one of the least-used storage rooms.”
“Where do you bathe or attend to your business?”
“My auntie's room,” I answered. “Is this the interview I had missed?”
“Maybe. But now I'm worried about you,” he responded." I don't think you should be staying in the hospital, especially now that your aunt is doing better. " You need a change of space.”
“Well, I could just rent a hotel,” I suggested. “I'm low on expenses. But payday is in a few days. I think I can get a hotel once the month is over.”
“I might want to put some things in that storage room. You might need a new place to keep your things,” he said.
“I don't have any other place to keep them,” I asserted.
