A knock sounded out, and Pete stuck his head around the door.
“Jesus, do you ever go home?” I laughed.
“Apparently not. You ready for visitors? I have two ladies here who have VIP passes.”
“Two, eh, Pete? Show them in. Let’s see who has put a smile on Archer’s face.” Fox wiggled his eyebrows as we all stood, eyes pinned to the door. Seconds later, Ionee appeared with Lea, although, to be honest, I couldn’t tear my eyes from Nee to even say hello to her friend.
Dressed in wet-look leather leggings that hugged her body perfectly, she wore a white cropped t-shirt that was slashed across her breasts, showing off her red lacy bra. Her long hair was braided in an intricate way that made me think of the shield maidens inVikingsand her face was make up free apart from the black liner that flicked out in the corners of her eyes.
Screaming, she ran at me, flinging her arms and legs around me, so I had to scoop my hands under her ass.
“Arch, you were… oh, my God. You’re so good.” She peppered kisses over my cheek and down my neck until someone coughed.
“Erm, if he gets that sort of welcome, does that mean the rest of the band does?” Fox laughed.
Pulling her head back, her eyes popped wide. “Sorry. I’m being rude,” she announced as she slipped from my waist and moved away from me to hug my friends.
“I’m Ionee,” she introduced herself, grinning at them both.
“Ionee, this is Fox and Charlie. Please feel free to ignore them and continue adoring me.”
“Who are you, Archer, and what have you done with our uptight friend?” Fox howled as he punched me on my shoulder.
Ionee winked, wrapping her fingers in mine before introducing Lea to us all.
“So, what do we all fancy doing… dinner, drinks, dancing?” Charlie asked.
“What about all three? I know the perfect place,” Nee announced and Charlie yelled excitedly, wrapping his arm around her neck, pulling her away from me. “I think I’m going to like you, Ionee. You might be just the bad influence our boy needs.”
Ionee dragged us to a club in some back street of Greenwich that served the best burgers I’d ever tried. Once we’d eaten and knocked back some shots, she led us to the dancefloor, where she laughed with my friends, danced like no one was watching, checked I was doing okay, and whispered filthy things in my ear as the night wore on.
I watched her body move as she danced, the way she held her hair up on top of her head when she got too hot or licked her lips while her molten brown eyes burned into mine. My cock was so hard, it hurt, and the urge to take her home and fuck her until she cried my name became overwhelming. I was just about to drag her out of there when Charlie appeared next to me.
“Tell me you’re going to marry that girl, otherwise I will. She’s fucking perfect. Where did you find her?”
“At her art gallery and keep your hands off her. Speaking of, can you make sure Lea gets home? I need to take Nee home… now.”
He laughed, slapping me on the back. “Go. We’ll see you tomorrow for dinner though, yeah? It’s your turn to cook.”
“Of course. I would never deny you food, C.”
“Arch?”
“Yeah.”
“Bring the girl,” he winked before he turned his attention back to Fox and Lea while I grabbed Ionee, sweeping her up in my arms, bridal style, and carried her out of the club.
“Archer,” she screamed.
“You can’t look like you do, saying the things you’ve been saying, and expect me to not drag you out of here. We have things to tick off my list.”
“What about Lea?”
“The boys will look after her.” She raised her eyebrows. “I’d like to tell you not to think such dirty thoughts, but with those two, you never know.”
“Lucky girl,” Ionee laughed as I carried her to the waiting car, Pete following close behind.
