I watch how flustered she gets before she’s scratching at my arms like a kitten does a scratch post.

“Let go!”

“Alright, alright, Hissy Kitten,” I tease her but only bring her against me as I manage to stand up. “I’ll stop taunting you.”

“You better!” she huffs with narrowed eyes.

“Or else no milking pussy?” I state before she can.

That only makes her snarl like a hissing cat.

Which makes me laugh far too hard.

“I had to. I’m sorry.”

“Fuck you,” she huffs. “Go die!”

“Now, now. Don’t be like that, Andrews.” I have her in my arms before she can get away, her back against my front side before my lips are pressing a firm kiss on my favorite place.

“Kitten,” I use my deeper voice that leaves her frozen in my arms. “Don’t be upset. I’m just enjoying celebrating my first win with you.”

The reminder makes her sigh.

“Still like grumpy you better.”

“Liar,” I tease and kiss her jaw and then her cheek. “You like all sides of me, don’t you?”

The way we share a look when she looks back enough to stare into my hazelnut eyes makes my heart flutter in wonder. I’ve never been so vulnerable to anyone to this extent.

Especially to a female.

Yet here I am, sharing this moment with the woman I thought was unobtainable after an exhilarating first win and a mind-boggling threesome.

“I do,” she says with conviction. “Every side of you. Whether I’ve discovered it or not. I like every shade of you, Oscar.”

My hold around her tightens because I can’t fathom losing this woman.

Not to Winchester.

Not to Fernandez.

Not to anyone who can’t realize what a diamond she really is.

A hidden gem in the depths of the sea.

“Let’s have fun tonight,” I whisper. “Drinks on Mitchel.”

That makes her giggle before she looks at my lips as though she’s desperate to kiss me.

I beat her to it.

THE HIDDEN TRUTH BEHIND THE MASK

~WYATT~

“Wyatt, our man!”

The hollers, whistles, and cheers only make me feel more worthy of this heightened moment happening in real time. It almost feels unreal as I greet each member of the team before making my way to the empty spot between Oscar and Kane.
