Finally, I shift my hips, my spent cock slipping from her abused pussy. I fall onto my side, bringing her body with me. She rolls over, tucking her sweaty head under my chin as I wrap my arms around her. Wanting to hold her tight the rest of the night.
“I love you, Gav,” she says around a yawn.
“I love you, too, baby girl.”
“Always.”
“Forever,” I whisper back.

Of all the people they could have picked to pull this off, I have no idea why Vinny chose me. Okay, so he did make a good point that Hunter wouldn’t be the right person to pull this off discreetly, but hell, Vinny could have easily done it himself. You would think praise would be better coming from the Don. Not someone who hasn’t been around for a few years.
But they are trusting me to get this done, and I don't want to disappoint them.
After a quick shower and changing into jeans and a plain gray T-shirt, I toss on my black sneakers and leave Haylee's and my room, searching for my prey. Luckily, Trevor is also a beta, so I don't have to worry about him trying some alpha command bullshit on me if he catches wind of what I'm planning to do.
Arden already said he would have the cameras rolling to pick up on anything and would text me if something didn't seem right. But we have no reason to believe that he knows we are onto him. They think they scrambled our cameras enough to hide their identities; they just don't seem to realize how good Arden is at what he does.
A text pings my phone, and I pull it out of my pocket, seeing it's Arden.
Arden
Trevor is on the south side of the compound, patrolling with Nate and Becca.
Me
Got it. Thanks.
Heading down the stairs, I beeline for the front door, my stomach grumbling as the smell of food hits me. I had breakfast earlier this morning if you count Haylee's cunt as a meal. She woke up wet and ready for me, even after the pounding I gave her in the middle of the night, so I indulged before the other guys came in to see if she was awake yet. My girl is insatiable, and I love that about her. But partaking in actual food, not so much. It would be easy to pop in there and grab something, but I want to get this done. Haylee's life is on the line the longer we let this continue, and I promised Thane that I would protect her at all costs. Even at the cost of my own hunger.
Bright sunshine greets me as I open the front door, the sky cloudless, allowing the sun to beat down, heating the surrounding area. Our men and women patrol the area in groups of two or three with no idea whatsoever that there's a traitor in their midst. I almost want to tell them and let them take their anger and pain of losing their friends out on him, but that wouldn't get us the information we need.
Fuck, I still need to come up with an excuse for bringing him into the house. I pull out my phone and fire off a quick text.
Me
Any chance you know when this fucks' anniversary is of when he joined?
Arden
One sec.
Got it. It looks like it'll be coming up on fifteen years next week.
Me
Perfect. Thanks.
That works out. I can use that as an excuse. We are celebrating. I chuckle, shielding my eyes as I head toward the south side of the compound. There will definitely be a celebration, and he's the man of honor, but it won't be like any celebration he's ever attended before.
The patrolling group comes into view as I turn the corner of the house. Trevor is chatting away with Becca and Nate without a care in the world. If he only knew it’d be his last day on this earth, I'm sure he wouldn't have bothered coming in today. That's the thing that really gets me. He's so damn confident that he wouldn't be caught that he comes to work like it's just any other day. Hanging out and talking to his fellow comrades even though he's the reason so many of them have died already.
Becca sees me first and smacks Nate on the chest, nodding in my direction. Trevor catches the movement and looks over, a brow raised as I make my way closer. Nate and Becca stand at attention, respecting my position with the family, but Trevor. That fuck just stands there like I'm a hindrance.
"Just the person I wanted to see." I adopt a relaxed pose, stuffing my hands in my pockets. "Trevor, congrats on almost fifteen years with the Andoneli’s.”
Shock colors his features, and I watch raptly as his posture changes, his chest puffing out in pride at my praise.
