Page 352 of Halfblood Deceived

Aella shuddered. The roll of her hips sped up as that familiar knot of building pleasure tightened inside her. Zeydan kissed right over her drumming heart. He squeezed her ass, holding on tightly, and devoured her breasts until she was moving too fast to do it safely.

He ran his fingers through her hair. “So gorgeous. I love how you take what you want from me. You look like a goddess while you ride me, my Amazon.”

Aella whimpered, kissing his jaw, feeling his pulse right under her lips. Hunger roared in her stomach, in her center, in her every cell. The memory of his hot blood on her tongue made her buck her hips harder.

She wanted him. She needed him. “Zeydan…”

He pulled back slightly to look at her, pupils blown wide with lust. “Hmm?”

She half-growled, half-moaned. “Can I bite you?”

He smiled, kissing her. “Yes. Yes, you can.”

Aella buried her face in his neck again. There was no time to hesitate, to wonder how to do it, to question her hunger. Her body knew what she needed and took it. Her fangs cut through his vein with precise ease. A low rumble escaped her at the first taste of his blood. He shuddered, gripping her harder, hips pushing up and back tensing.

Aella moaned as his climax penetrated her senses in a hot wave of invisible energy. You’re delicious. So delicious. I want to devour you. You’re mine now. Mine.

“Yes,” Zeydan all but panted. “I’m yours, Amazon. Take me. Take all of me.”

Aella took him, one hand tangled in his hair, the other clinging to his shoulder. She took him faster, harder, desperately. That tension inside her snapped. Her cry of pleasure was muffled against his hot skin. She felt her tight heat wrap harder around him in rhythmic pulses.

Zeydan groaned. “Goddess. Fuck. Aella.”

Driven only by instinct, Aella moved them until his back was against the fortunately solid furniture. She was still moving, still drinking his blood, still desperate for more. She could feel Zeydan’s heartbeat as if it were her own. His power, his very life force, vibrated inside her. It was intoxicating. It was a revelation.

“That’s it,” Zeydan said, voice scratchy and grave. “Don’t stop. Don’t stop, my gorgeous Amazon.”

Aella didn’t stop. She didn’t stop when Zeydan arched under her, letting out a long string of curses, calling the goddess’ name in vain, and moaning her name. She didn’t stop even as she shook with another climax that seemed to come from deep inside her core and her fuzzy brain, too.

Only after the shudders subsided for both, Aella slowed the movement of her hips. She wasn’t done with him yet, not by a long shot. But she needed to make sure he was fine.

Breathing hard, Aella released the bite, licking the punctures until they healed fully. She placed her hands on Zeydan’s shoulders and pulled back to look at him. He smiled, inhaling deeply, looking blissful and deliciously debauched. She kissed him and he kissed back at once, biting her lip teasingly.

“Thank you,” Aella said, feeling suddenly shy even though logic told her it was a bit late for that. Zeydan was still hard inside her—How? She idly wondered—and she had just… Well, taken him—made love to him just as she’d wanted to for longer than she’d ever admitted to herself.

Zeydan placed a swathe of red hair behind her ear. “What for? You did most of the work.” He grinned.

Aella’s cheeks heated. “For letting me be in control. It mustn’t have been easy.”

Zeydan brushed the tip of his nose against hers. “You are very, very, welcome. And it was far from hard.” He sighed contentedly. “You have no idea how many times I imagined you riding me just like you did, with all that hair loose and your teeth in my neck.”

Aella’s eyes widened. “You… did?”

He hummed. “I didn’t know you had fangs back then, but yes. And you sure know how to use them.”

Aella bit her lip to try to hide a smile, but then she blinked. “I didn’t hurt you, did I? I know vampires can take away the pain of the bite, but I’m not a full vampire and I don’t know if I—”

“Aella,” Zeydan interrupted her panicked babbling. “You did amazing, my love. I felt only a mild sting for a second, and then nothing but pleasure. You made me see stars.”

“Oh, okay.” Aella smiled, but then she remembered something else. “Did you… When we were… What you said. Were you reading my mind?”

He closed one eye. “A little?”

Aella groaned and hid her face in the crook of his neck. “Oh, no. That’s mortifying!”

He caressed her spine soothingly. “No, it was hot as Hell. And I can’t do it all the time. I’m not that strong of a telepath. It was because we were sharing blood, and you sent your thoughts at me with quite a lot of strength.”

Aella groaned again.
