“Same with Alex. I tried to hug her, and she told me her body was off-limits until further notice.”

“Same with Grace,” Simon said.

“You know Jenni and Julia are alike, so I’m getting the same treatment as Sam. She won’t even let me hold the twins. Then I heard her tell them that their father is disrespectful, and she was going to make sure they didn’t turn out like me.” He shook his head.

“Emilia isn’t saying a word to me either,” Sebastian said.

“Charlotte told me that I’m not worthy of her attention until further notice, and she kept glaring at me all day. I went to place my hand on her belly, and she slapped it away and said our daughter isn’t ready to forgive her father for being so shady. Can you believe that?”

“Georgia said she’s upping our life insurance policy first thing Monday morning, and I can sleep in the guestroom tonight.”

“Are you going to?” I asked.

“Fuck no. I’m staying in my bed whether she likes it or not. They act like we killed someone.”

“Well, we did disrespect them by not telling them about the motorcycles,” Shaun said.

“I know,” Sam sighed. “I’m making it up to Julia at Christmas. In fact, we all need to go shopping together.”

“Count me in,” Stefan said.

“I’d love to go, but I finished my Christmas shopping for Charleigh already,” I spoke.

“Wow, aren’t you the perfect soon-to-be husband.” Conner’s brows furrowed.

I let out a chuckle. “She gave me a list, and I got her everything she wanted, plus a necklace she was eyeing at Cartier when we were in there a few months ago.

“The girls will be okay,” Nathan said. “Let’s play some music.” He smiled as he picked up his guitar.

“Before I forget, Gwen is coming over on Tuesday to discuss our wedding cake if anyone wants to come and sample.” I grinned.

“You know I’ll be there.” Conner smiled. “She better bring my favorite for me.”

“Bro, this isn’t about you.” I smirked.

“When it comes to Gwen, it’s always about me. I’m her favorite out of all of you.”

“You’re such a delusional douchebag.” Nathan slapped the back of Conner’s head.

“Fuck, bro. Knock it off.” Conner rubbed the back of his head, and we all laughed.

Christmas Day

“Merry Christmas, baby.” I smiled as Charleigh lifted her head from my chest.

“Merry Christmas, my love.” Her lips brushed against mine. She jumped out of bed and grabbed my hand. “Come on, it’s present time.” A beautiful grin crossed her face.

We went downstairs, turned on the tree, and I made a cup of coffee for us.

“Here you go,” I handed her the piping hot coffee.

“Thank you.” She took a sip, grabbed a present from under the tree, and handed it to me. “You first.”

“Together.” I handed her a beautifully wrapped box.

“If you insist.” A grin crossed her lips.
