“Oh my God, Dad!” Lily exclaimed. “You are so dead.” She laughed as she climbed on the back. “I want you to take me for a ride, but I don’t think that’s going to happen.”

“Why do you say that?” Stefan asked.

“Because I’ll be too busy watching your casket being lowered into the ground, and then Mom will sell it.”

“Don’t be ridiculous. Your Mom will be okay.”

“Keep thinking that.” She laughed.

“Hey, Charleigh? Can you do us a favor and text our wives to come over?” Stefan asked.

“You bet.” She pulled her phone from her pants pocket.

One by one, the girls walked over, except Alex.

“Conner?” Charlotte cocked her head. “What’s that?” She pointed to his motorcycle.

“Hi, babe. It’s my new motorcycle. What do you think? I really miss the one I had back in San Francisco.”

“You never had a motorcycle back in San Francisco,” she said.

“Sure, I did. You just don’t remember me telling you.”

“Samuel!” Julia shouted.

“Shaun!” Jenni shouted.

“Oh no, you didn’t, Nathan,” Sofia scowled.

“Simon, it’s cool, but now isn’t the best time,” Grace said. “And I’m disappointed you did this.”

“Wow, Jackson, really? We discussed this,” Georgia scowled.

Emilia stood there with her hands on her hips, glaring at Sebastian.

“Aren’t you going to say anything, babe?” Sebastian asked her.

“You don’t want to hear what I have to say to you,” she said.

Alex walked over with Rory and Henry and stared at Stefan and Lily on his bike.

“Hey, beautiful.” Stefan smiled.

“Don’t you ‘hey beautiful’ me, Stefan. We discussed this, and I told you I didn’t want you to get a motorcycle.

“I know, but—”

“Same, Sam!” Julia shouted.

“I’m sorry, Julia, but I’m standing my ground.”

“Me too!” Conner said.

“So am I,” Nathan spoke.

“Is that so?” Sofia cocked her head.

“Charleigh, can you help us out?” Sebastian asked.
