Chapter 1

Stella

The year 2099, early morning, Planet Amazdom

My stomach growls loudly, a constant reminder of the gnawing hunger that haunts me in this dreaded prison, Castle Zebos, on Planet Amazdom.

Beads of sweat trickle down my forehead as I scrub the dried blood from the grimy floors of these wretched cells, once occupied by fellow female humans before being whisked away to their doom.

Several Zebos alien guards watch me intensely. Their cold eyes are filled with disdain, reveling in my suffering. I can tell by their muttering and laughing that they enjoy seeing me shuffling about on the floor on all fours wearing a skintight navy and silver bodysuit, the standard uniform for all female prisoners.

In a way, they look human-like with normal-shaped noses, mouths, and ears. One or two are even handsome. Their jacked light blue bodies are stunning; pure ripped muscle covers their fine physiques. And, just in case you were wondering, their tightly fitted black pants leave little to the imagination. All Zebos are well endowed, not that I'd let any of them near me. They might seem attractive on the outside, but their bright red alien eyes denote pure evil. Their inner souls are utter scum, and their minds are brainwashed to keep us female humans hostage after being abducted from Earth.

I fixate on a table nearby, where a tempting chunk of bread sits, teasing me with its promise of momentary relief. I know I deserve it. The blasted Zebos don't feed us enough, and I can't ignore the pang of hunger that twists my insides.

My mother's voice echoes in my mind, her words of wisdom urging me to spring forward and enjoy a treat.

"Better to take a risk and fail than never take one," she used to say. Her voice is my anchor, reminding me of my strength within.

I think of my notebook in my quarters, and hope lifts my heart. That's my only souvenir of Mom, a diary we wrote together when I was eight. It was a hot summer, and we were going out of our minds with boredom because Father was away on business, so she brought me a notepad with a sunflower on the front. The idea was to write to each other, explaining our feelings and telling each other funny stories.

Back then, I didn't know her true intentions. I was unaware she was trying to get me to see my life optimistically. She was feeding my mind with positive thoughts and quotes to strengthen me, give me a funnel to express my inner feelings, and eventually become a writer.

God, I miss her more than Earth itself.

I glance at the Zebos guards and notice they are distracted, caught up in a conversation about God knows what. I must seize this opportunity. I must prove to myself that I'm not all talk and no action.

I take a deep breath and dash towards the table. Adrenaline courses through my veins as I sprint hard and snatch the bread.

For a moment, victory tastes sweet. I take a bite of the recently baked bread and almost cry out an orgasm. Damn, that feels so good in my mouth, and the doughy flavor is addictive. I get some hunger relief as some of it slides down my throat. But fate, it seems, has a cruel sense of humor. The piercing sound of a whistle fills the air, shattering my moment of triumph.

Panic grips me tightly as a guard's heavy footsteps close in on me. Fear erupts in my chest as I spot a leader, Tebos, a towering and sadistic psycho, pacing towards me like a hooligan looking for a fight.

I try to shove more in my mouth, but he intercepts my meal and tramples it into the slimy floor.

"Well, well, well, what do we have here?" he sneers, his voice dripping with malicious glee. "Thought you could steal from us, did you, you rude human whore?"

I hold my ground, refusing to cower before him.

"I was hungry," I say, my voice laced with defiance. "You don't feed us enough. Do you think we have to accept this cruel fate?"

His laughter resonates with a cruel symphony that fuels my anger.

"You're a feisty one, aren't you? But remember, I hold the power here. Your defiance means nothing, especially in the eyes of the mighty Fej."

The mighty Fej? I think, almost cracking a smile. I've heard so much about the ruler of Planet Amazdom, but I'm beginning to think he doesn't even exist. Some say they have spotted the vile beast, a horridly ugly dude with long pointy horns and red and black stripes over his rock-hard body, wondering around late at night, spying on us slaves, but I've never seen him.

Fej doesn't matter right now, though. I have to get away from Tebos. I meet his gaze with unwavering determination.

"Maybe I'm just a prisoner in your grand design, but I won't let you define me. I won't let you strip away my humanity."

Tebos's eyes narrow, and a malevolent smirk dances on his lips. "Oh, little woman, you're nothing more than an insignificant drizzle of semen dripping down a whore's thigh," he says, squeezing my upper arm. "Do you think you can change anything? You're deluded."

My blood boils with anger, my spirit unyielding.

"I may be a prisoner, but you won't break me. I refuse to let you diminish my worth," I declare, my voice rising with every word.
