Page 60 of Knot Their Reality

I smile up at him because I totally get what he's saying. It's hard for me to believe they're really here, and that they want me. But I guess it's something that we'll all get used to eventually. "I don't mind, I promise."

"Of course, you don't," Chase says with a sly smile as he intertwines his fingers with mine. "Because you missed us just as much as we missed you."

I refuse to duck my head, even as my face heats up. I just blink at him, and his smile only grows. "Deny it all you want, Soph. I know."

And if anyone does, it's him. I should be worried about how well the other omega can read me, but I can't bring myself to care. Yes, I'd missed them—even when I'd thought they wanted nothing to do with me—but I don't need to tell them that.

After all, we're just getting to know one another—for the first time really. Sure, it's easy to be around them, to touch them. To let them touch me. But that doesn't mean that I know them any better than I know the other suitors.

Asher sighs. "Sophia, if they get too pushy, please let me know. They both like to push boundaries, but I'll make sure they stop if you need me to."

"If I want or need them to stop, I'll tell them. While I appreciate the offer, I don't need an alpha to take care of anything for me." I lift my chin, daring him to argue with my words.

A smile breaks out over his face as he shakes his head, but it's not him who answers.

"Of course, you don't, omega. You're perfectly capable of doing anything you set your mind to—of that, I have no doubt." There's a slight twitch at the corner of Liam's mouth as he finishes speaking, and it makes me think he's trying to hide a smile.

I beam at him because that's what I need all the suitors to understand. I don't need any of them—alpha knots or not—but I want them. That Liam and the rest of Pack Lewitt understand that means the world to me.

"So if we're not drinking and painting, what are we doing?" Carson says, nudging me to get my attention back on him.

"I guess you'll have to wait and see, won't you?" I move toward the door, Chase and Carson keeping up with me so they don't break contact while Liam and Asher walk behind us.

As soon as we're in the door, a man steps forward with a smile. "You must be Sophia and Pack Lewitt. I'm the owner, Michael, and I'll be the one helping you out today."

"Michael, I saw you on the first season of Heated! I had to make sure I had a date or two here so I could check out your place." I go to offer him my hand, but Chase refuses to let go of my hand. I turn to him with a frown. "I just want to shake his hand."

Chase shakes his head, adamantly. "He's an omega. I don't want you touching any omega except me."

Part of me melts at that, but the other part of me is pissed. Before I can figure out what to say, Michael laughs.

"Ahhh, Bree didn't tell me she was sending me two omegas. That's fantastic. How exciting for you, Sophia, to have an omega suitor." Michael moves over so he's standing in front of Chase. "Don't worry, omega, I have no designs on your omega. But it definitely doesn't hurt my feelings to know that my pheromones and scent are passing."

"Passing? What do you mean?" Chase frowns, hesitating as he looks at the other man. "Oh! I saw you on season one. You were transitioning to an omega?"

I lean close, trying to get a whiff of Michael's scent. Once it finally hits my senses, I grin. "You really do smell like the omega you are. That's amazing! When did you finish the transition? How are you feeling? Damn, you don't have to answer any of those questions. That's so rude of me."

Michael shakes his head. "I never have any problems talking about it. I knew what I was getting into when Bree asked me to be on the show last season. You wouldn't believe the number of people who come here just looking for someone to talk to. So we'll chat while we get your date going, yeah?"

"Of course, and it seems I'm on a roll with this being rude thing. Michael, this is Chase. The one with his arm around me is Carson. The two alphas behind me are Asher and Liam."

"It's very nice to meet all of you." Michael nods to each of them in turn before gesturing for us to follow him. "Since the two of you have seen the place on the show, I'll let you know I've made a few improvements since then. Before we only offered the paint classes—with or without the wine. Now we offer classes for painting, pottery, drawing, photography, ceramics. I'm sure I'm missing something, but you get the idea. We'll continue to add on as we can. Thanks to Bree and the publicity she gave me from Heated, we can expand beyond anything I could've imagined."

"That's so amazing. I love that the show is doing more than just helping omegas like us find our packs, but also helping the businesses in the area as well." I lean into Carson, bringing a smile to his face.

Michael stops outside of a room, hand on the doorknob. "Bree said you wanted to do some ceramic painting today, so this is the room that holds the ceramics. Each of you pick the ceramic you'd like to paint, and then we'll move to a private room."

He pushes the door open, and I drag Chase and Carson inside with me, eyes wide as they take in the massive amount of options before me. I pull away from the two men as I move toward a wall of figurines. My eyes zero in on a little fox and I'm reaching for it before I even realize I'm moving.

"That's adorable, omega," Asher's voice rumbles from behind me, sending shivers up and down my spine. My eyes fall shut as I lean back into his heat. "Is that what you'd like to paint?"

"Mmmm, yes." I shake my head before pulling away from him with a smile. "And what are you going to paint, alpha?"

He taps a finger on his lips before tilting his head. "I want you to choose for me."

"Yeah?" I'm practically bouncing in my spot.

"I think that's a great idea, alpha," Chase purrs as he ducks under Asher's arm to cuddle into his side, a satisfied smile on his face. He shoots me a wink. "I think you should choose for all of us."
