"I got a call from Dylan today."

My head snaps up to meet his gaze. "Oh?"

"Yeah. The doctor has finally signed off on his release. They've finally found the right combination of meds, and he says he feels better than ever."

I smile at that. Dylan had called about a year after the show ended to apologize. He'd been diagnosed as being bipolar, but unfortunately, his life had fallen apart before then. He'd lost his job and was arrested for assault and battery. It wasn't until a friend from his Alpha Guard days saw him living on the street that he got help.

Based on what we'd seen of him on the show, it made sense. And while it wasn't forgotten, it was forgiven. Ulf has been there for him every step of the way as he went through medication after medication that didn't work. It had been Ulf who'd found an inpatient facility that specializes in bipolar that could take him about four months ago.

Chase and I haven't seen him at all, but some of my other mates have gone with Ulf to see him. Dylan asked us to stay away until his medication is worked out and he's stable before we see him. I guess that means we'll see him sometime after the babies are born.

"He actually said that Bree reached out to him. She's invited him to be on the show next season. Apparently, they're only inviting back contestants from past seasons, and they're going to begin filming in December. He said it's a special case, but he's not allowed to say more."

I slap my hand on the table, causing Chase to jump. "Oh! Damn this pregnancy brain. Bree called me as well—for a different reason though. They're planning to do a reunion show for Christmas next year for the omegas and their packs from the first five seasons to see how they're doing. I already said yes."

Asher clears his throat, eyes flashing at the rest of the pack before focusing back on me. "Are you sure that's a good idea?"

"What? Because of Tessa? We both moved past that years ago, Asher. She and I are good. You know what she was going through."

"Yes, but—"

"No buts. We're going. And we'll bring the girls with us." I rub my hands over my belly. I really can't wait to meet what the doctors have dubbed the miracle girls. I'm sure you're wondering why.

With the decline in pregnancies and full-term pregnancies, there have only been a handful of multiple births over the last few decades, and they've only been twins. There haven’t been any triplets or more in a long time—natural or with the help of drugs. And, of course, the number of females has been vastly outnumbered by male births.

But our pack is being blessed with quadruplet girls. The doctors haven't been able to figure out how I was naturally able to become pregnant with quadruplets, so they've decided it must be because I'm part of an omega pair. I don't know if that's why or not, but I'm just really excited for them to come. And I'm thankful that I have ten mates because four babies at once is going to be a lot.

"Ow." I frown at the sharp pain in my back. It's been happening for most of the day, but it's gotten sharper. I haven't mentioned it to any of my mates because I didn't want them to worry, and it really hasn't been that bad. But that one?

All conversation stops around me as my mates' heads snap in my direction. "Sophia?"

"I'm fine. It's just—" I stop as I feel something gush from me. "Oh, um... my water just broke?"

"What?" Chase yells, sliding from his chair to pull up my dress. "Oh, yeah, that's definitely not pee."

I smack him away from me, pulling my dress back down. "Knock it off. Get me a new dress, please. Someone call the station and let Brody know it's time for him to come pick me up. Oh, and someone needs to grab the bag from the closet by the front door."

The more I speak, the more I realize that this is actually happening. Holy shit, my babies are coming. When did I start shaking?

Carson and Foster are suddenly beside me, lifting me from the chair and into their bodies.

"Calm, omega," Foster says before he starts purring.

"We know what to do. We all know our roles and exactly what needs to happen. Just breathe, Sophia." Carson starts purring as soon as he's done, both of my mates rubbing their scents all over my body.

I collapse into their arms, letting my eyes fall shut. Asher told us shortly after bonding that in his grandparents' pack, the betas also purred. It has something to do with being mated to an omega pair. Though, Brody is only bonded to me and he can purr too, so I don't know.

Within ten minutes, we're standing outside as Brody's ambulance pulls up. He jumps out of the passenger seat and opens the back door. Foster and Carson help him load me on the stretcher as my alphas climb into two of our SUVs. Chase, Carson, and Foster will ride in the ambulance with me and Brody.

"I already called Brooks, and he'll be waiting with a wheelchair for us when we arrive. He's also alerted your OB that you're on your way. Your room will be ready when we get there," Brody assures me as he kisses my forehead.

After that, it's a whirlwind. By the time they get me to my room and my OB checks it out, she informs me that I'm in active labor and it's time to start pushing. Apparently, it's too late for the c-section that I'd been planning to get.

Let me just tell you, pushing four babies out of your vag fucking hurts. Ten out of ten don't recommend it. But the moment my babies are placed in my arms, one by one, the pain fades into the background. They're all beautiful. Their hair is dark like mine and their father's—and damn, do they have heads full of hair already.

Once we found out I was having four babies, we'd done a blood test and found that all four babies are from only one of my mates—Chase. There's been a lot of talk about how they're likely to become omegas since that's what has happened in the past when two omegas procreate, but we don't plan to put that kind of pressure on them.

We have eighteen years before they'll reveal, and we plan to let them grow up as normal children. If they end up all being omegas, we'll deal with it then.
