Hiding my face, I laugh. Jesus. This is either going to be one of the best touristy things we do or someone—probably me—is going to the hospital.
“Bro, come on. Guys vs Girls.”
“What are you wanting to bet on?” I ask, looking up at Abel.
His devilish grin says it all. I roll my eyes. “If we win, you guys have to get freaky in a semi-public place.”
“Not a chance in hell, bud.”
“Don’t you already get that now?” Noah asks, his brow arched in question.
“Yeah, but I was thinking of you, bro,” Abel chuckles.
“I’m good, man. I don’t need bets to have my wife.”
“We’ll keep our freak flag flying behind closed doors, thank you.” I cross my arms over my middle.
“Sure thing, Mary Poppins.”
Huffing, I flip Abel off. “If you think this is so easy of a win for you, why don’t we do guys vs girls? Whoever gets the most axes in the wood wins. If we win, you guys get nothing for the rest of the trip.” I turn slightly to Noah and wink. No matter what, he will definitely be getting any of me he wants when he wants it.
His more dominant side came out this morning. It was new. He was a lot more in charge. Mama liked it, a lot. I’m sore from our morning in bed. It started at the table, yes, but then moved to the bed. His body and words had commanded me like a fiddle player working his strings. My body had caved, giving him everything that he wanted and more. And when I thought he was done, we’d gone to the shower. Those final orgasms did me in. I’d been so tired and relaxed that I’d slept for two hours.
Now that we are out and about, it’s hard to not walk funny too. It’s uncomfortable to have on undies, not to mention my jean shorts. I am so sensitive, one wrong move and I’m sure I’ll embarrass myself. It was so worth every scrumptious moment. Even the discomfort I’m feeling. Maybe I can get him to help with some of this discomfort…
“Hell no. I’m not giving up my fun adult time!” Brenna punches my arm.
“Ouch,” I laugh softly, jarred out of my suddenly naughty thoughts. “I said he didn’t get any, not that you didn’t get any.”
“Oh, hey, okay. I could live with that.”
“Babe, come on, that’s not fair.”
“Life isn’t fair.” Brenna pretends to think about it then grabs my hand and pulls me toward the entry. “Whatever. You lose, you get to pleasure me when I want. You win, well, I might wear that thing in your suitcase.”
“Thing in his suitcase?” Good lord. Laughter follows us inside. I don’t even want to know.
“I’ll let you see it later.”
“No thanks, babe. I love ya and all, but I think I have to draw the link at kink wear. I don’t want to be scarred for life and then my afterlife.”
“It’s not like you and Noah don’t have a freaky side. I’m sure he’s used those handcuffs on you. If not, man, that’s just sad.”
The flames of hell could not match the heat in my cheeks right now. The second she turns to meet my gaze, that shit-eating, ‘I knew it’ look passes over her face.
“Don't you dare,” I hiss.
“I’m so proud of you!”
A groan leaves me as she spins and hugs me tight. “So, how was it?” Her voice drops. It’s like we are in high school again, talking about our first kisses or something.
“You’re a sick puppy, you know that?”
“Well yeah, but you love me no matter what.”
I hug her back, my heart so full of love for my crazy little family.
“I do, even when you make me want to toss you into the ocean.”
