He nodded. “Understandable. When I heard you were a rabbit, I was sure you were for us.”

“Why?”

“There is nothing that foxes dream of more than having a rabbit in their mouth and hearing the sounds it makes.”

“Uh... you may have confused what you were looking for. The sounds I make aren’t death shrieks.”

“Aren’t they though?” He laughed.

Kasim moved close. “I certainly think so. Deliver one kit, and our foxes will be at your feet.”

“But we won’t know if it is a fox until it’s a teen.”

Clark wandered up. “Looks like there is a while to wait. We will just have to try a lot and hope that one of the kids is a fox.”

“Well, we will have a lot to choose from. I am in the generation that has twins.”

Walter nodded. “Good to know. We will attend any prenatal appointments with you to make sure you are fine.”

“Yeah. I am going to have to discuss things with Merry and have her ask Altar for a different position for me. Something that is less investigational.”

“You could work for me or with Clark or Kasim.”

“Yeah, and I would be draped over a desk about six hours a day. Not cool.” She chuckled. “Of course, I don’t actually have to work, but it does keep the mind busy.”

Kasim grinned. “You have money?”

“Yes, sorry, if you were having a prince charming fantasy, we will have to arrange it for private time.” She chuckled. “I am wealthy, Merry is loaded, and Altar is beyond description.”

Walter chuckled. “So, we have to bribe you to let us take you shopping? You know, for date night clothing.”

She snorted and then paused. “Oh, you mean date night in. Um, sure, but if it isn’t comfy, I am not wearing it.”

Kasim nodded. “Compromises can be reached.”

“They don’t have to be reached. I have a seamstress. They can come up with some suitable things.”

Walter walked to the patio and cuddled her against him while he whispered preferences into her ear. Clark went inside and returned with a tea service, removing her from Walter’s lap before whispering his own wish list in her ear. Kasim poured her a cup of tea and whispered that he loved her in nothing at all, which wasn’t too far from what the others had been asking for. She even had the slutty bunny costume in her closet, so that was one thing she didn’t have to shop for.

Merry was dropped off at the JN Foundation headquarters. She had to kiss all three of the guys in turn, and then they patted her back and butt as she was urged into the building. She was laughing her ass off when she turned her head, and Ula’s guys had her up against the car.

“See you inside.”

Ula batted the guys away, straightened her business dress, and stalked toward Merry. “Hold the door.”

Merry was still laughing when they got into the building and past security. The executive elevator was where she and Ula burst into full belly laughs that made the sparse staff on the executive floor look at them.

Libby smiled and said, “Glad to have you back. Tea and coffee are on your respective desks, briefs are there as well, and Ms. Bright would like to see you at ten-thirty.” She inclined her head. “Oh, and congratulations to both of you. Tests are also on your desks so that you can freak your mates out.”

Merry stared. “What?”

Libby laughed. “Just pee on the stick and see what happens. It should be a faint blue line. Looks like you two will have kids pretty close together.”

Ula staggered and blinked. “What?”

“Oh, I see things; I know things.” Libby laughed.
