I snicker. "Don't be a pansy."
"I'm never a pansy."
"Are you afraid your balls are gonna shrivel up? The way they're hanging, I think you'll be fine."
We both glance down to check out Brock's balls. He spreads his legs, shaking them without a trace of self-consciousness.
"My balls don't like the cold," Brock explains.
Grinning, I cup his nutsack. He hisses, then his eyes turn hooded. "Swim with me."
"Fine," he laughs, and without further ado, we dive into the cool water together. It's invigorating, washing away any lingering sleepiness from our bodies.
After we surface, I wrap my arms around Brock's neck and pull him close. "You know what I'd really like?" I ask, my voice full of desire.
"What's that?" he says, his eyes darkening with lust.
"I want you to fuck me again. Right here, right now."
He hesitates for a moment, then replies, "I'd love to, but I don't have a condom."
I bite my lip, disappointed but understanding. "It's okay, I guess. Safety first, right?" I say, trying to sound casual.
"Definitely," Brock agrees, his expression softening. "Well, hold on. Youfor surehaven't been with anyone before me, right?"
"Never," I admit quietly. "You're the only one."
Should I be honored he wonders if I'm not actually a virgin? Oh my God. As if any other guys would even shoot me a passing glance.
"Same here," he confesses. "Well, not exactly. I mean, I've only ever been with my ex, Amanda. But we always used protection."
"I thought you'd been with way more people than that."
"I'm not some kind of man whore. Only her."
"Holy fuck!" Clearly, I was wrong about him. "And you werealwayscareful with her?"
"Of course," he says. "And now that you and I are together, I want to make sure we're always safe too."
"Me too. Still," I say, smirking mischievously, "it's a shame we don't have a condom right now."
"Maybe next time," Brock teases, splashing water at me playfully. "For now, let's enjoy our swim."
"Deal," I say as we continue to frolic in the water, the splashing sound echoing around us.
As we swim and play, happiness swells up inside me. It's amazing how much our relationship has deepened in such a short time. Still, there's something that's been bothering me.
"Hey," I say hesitantly, "I'm sorry for believing those rumors about you being a player. They obviously weren't true."
Brock chuckles and shakes his head. "It's alright. I guess my reputation preceded me, but I'm glad you know the truth now. It's important to me that you trust me."
"Of course I trust you. And I'm grateful you were so responsible with your past relationships. It means a lot to me."
"Thanks," he says. "You meaneverythingto me, and I want to make sure we're taking care of each other in every way possible."
I bite my lower lip. "Can I ask you something?"
"Of course."
