“Oh, yeah. It has its own parking area. My great-grandfather was very strict about privacy.”

He didn’t say anything for the longest time.

“It’s a bad idea, isn’t it?” Her hands started wringing as she looked around, not wanting to meet his gaze. “I’m sorry. I’m stupid. Let’s go. I know you’ve been here a few weeks, but there are still things I’d like to show you.”

She turned and started to walk away when an arm came around her waist stopping her.

“Let’s get one thing straight, Baby. If I ever hear you call yourself stupid again, I’ll turn your ass a pretty shade of pink before I fuck it. Now, I’d like to talk about your idea.”

She started biting her lower lip as she waited.

“I think it’s a brilliant idea.”

Her brows puckered together, and she looked over her shoulder at him. “Brilliant? You really like the idea?”

He grinned and turned her around before tightening his arms to hold her against him.

“I’d always had it in the back of my head that I wanted my own practice. I don’t like the politics I have to deal with at the hospital. Plus, I never really get to know my patients. I make them better, and then they leave.”

“You can change anything. This will be your own space. I want you to feel like this is your home as much as it is mine,” she said.

The smile he gave her was so full of love that it made tears come to her eyes.

“As long as we’re together, I’m happy. I’m the luckiest daddy in the world, and I thank God he sent you my way.”

Raina smiled. “I’m the luckiest little.”

His head bowed. The kiss started gentle and sweet, but like always, it grew hot and hungry, and all they wanted was to be in bed together and fucking.

“Fuck, Baby. I have some calls to make.”

“That’s okay, Daddy.”

“This isn’t done,” he warned.

She giggled. “I know. How about a swim after dinner? There’s something else I have to show you.”

“I love the idea. I’ll meet you in the dining room in an hour.”

They walked out of the medical wing and kissed at the bottom of the stairs. She was halfway up when Alex stopped her.

“By the way, wear the purple bikini. It won’t stay on long, but you won’t be able to say I never let you wear it,” Alex said.

Raina rolled her eyes and ran up the stairs.

“Slow down.”

She did until she was down the hallway. She wanted to surprise her daddy and needed time to finish it. She wanted to be baby-smooth all over and planned to shave her crotch. She had no idea if he’d like it, but the other littles talked about their daddy’s thinking it was hot.

Raina suddenly stopped. She hadn’t heard anything, but a feeling of unease hit her unexpectedly. She looked around the bedroom and didn’t see anything amiss.

It was a feeling she’d had a few times lately and had yet to talk to her daddy about it. Something always distracted her.

“Maybe I’m just tired. Daddy kept me up late last night.” She shook her head. She didn’t have a lot of time to get herself ready. She’d think more about it later.

Chapter Twenty-Two

Alex was already at the dining table when she walked in.
