Daniel and I entered my bedroom. I locked the door. I wouldn’t have long to kill this scum bag.

Daniel bounced his pectoral muscles. “Anya, I knew you wanted me. All you had to do was tell me. You don't know how long I’ve waited for you to say it.”

I turned my back on him and reached for my blade I had borrowed from Cian’s house. My boyfriend had the best weapons.

“I never wanted to date Mila. I like my women adventurous. The kind of woman who knows what she wants and isn’t afraid to take it.”

“You don’t give a damn about other people's perceptions. I admire the fact that you do whatever you want regardless of the consequences.”

This idiot is standing here calling me a hoe.

“With your sister out of the way no one will look at us twice. You liked Vadim, but he’s dead. It only makes sense we would find solace in each other’s arms.

I flinched. If Daniel saw my reaction to his callousness regarding Vadim’s death, he hadn’t shown it. Turning to him, I folded my arms across my chest. I still had some questions for him and dead men can’t talk.

“Daniel, let me get this straight. You strung my sister along for years and befriended my boyfriend when all along you were planning to fuck me.”

He shrugged. “I told Vadim when you broke up with him, it would be me and you. That pussy whipped sucker wanted to marry you. Who settles down in their twenties. Vadim sat there and cried like a toddler.”

“What?”

He didn’t just say he said that bullshit to Vadim.

“He took out a ten carat Marquise shaped engagement ring. We had to talk him out of approaching your father because he was determined to have you. You broke up with him; so, you couldn’t have been in love with him.”

Daniel keep digging.

“Felix would have never accepted him. Your father's going to marry you to the Don, Lorenzo Mancini. Your marriage will be a loveless relationship, but I’ll be here for you.”

My mouth opened wide. I turned my face to the side, as I sucked in a deep breath. That was it. I had heard enough.

“I'm going to satisfy you like you’ve never been satisfied before,” replied Daniel.

Smiling, I removed my outer shirt. Turning on the radio loudly, like I usually do, it was time for him to die.

I walked over to him. I liked this one and it was a limited-edition Versace, there was no need to get blood on it. “Is that right? "I like it nice and hard.”

Wham.

I pushed him into the wall with my elbow on his windpipe. I sliced my blade across his stomach and started stabbing him. His body convulsed and blood gushed out at an alarming rate. Releasing his neck, I punched him in the Adam’s apple before thrusting the blade in the same spot.

Daniel’s eyes rolled back, as he began choking on his own blood. Ignoring the awful sounds, I reached inside him and removed his large intestines and wrapped them around his neck.

“No one hurts Mila. You wanted her virgin blood, now you can die in your own.” His body fell to the floor. Once I was on top of him, I stabbed the blade into his heart.

“That was for disrespecting Vadim. You were the reason Father killed him. Now you can apologize to him in heaven before I send your soul to hell.”

Once the light left his eyes, I cleaned the dirty blade on his shirt. I wanted to spit on him but there was no way I was leaving my DNA on him. I doubted there was a way I could get away with his murder. The dead body was in my room.

After searching for several minutes, I pulled out a thick blanket. Covering Daniel’s body, I rolled him up tight then shoved him under the bed. Looking at the bloody mess on the floor, I got the steamer out. Once I had cleaned the floors there was a strong scent of Fabuloso in the room.

Shit. As soon as rigor mortis sets in Daniel will be found. Mila and I need to be far away from here before that happens.

Sitting on the edge of her bed, I texted Cian again.

1483. I just sent someone to hell. I don’t regret my decision but you might. It seems our now has finally ended. Thank you for being a real one. I love you.

An ear-piercing scream burst through the silence.
