“This smells amazing.” He walked towards me as I kept my gaze on his face. I had seen his dick before but blatantly staring at it just seemed rude, but I could have sworn he was getting hard.
“I made tacos. I’ve been craving them, and I figured I would make enough for everyone,” I said, feeling shy again.
Lucien’s gaze softened when he leaned down to give me a peck on the mouth.
“It smells amazing and if I see either of the guys, I’ll let them know.” He rubbed his nose along mine. “Let me take a quick bath and I’ll be down in fresh clothes.”
“Ok, I’ll serve you a plate, so you get the full experience.” I smiled,
He left with a little swagger in his step, leaving me to admire him. I grabbed a plate, deciding to wait a little so his food didn’t get cold. Aeon walked in next, and we stilled when we locked eyes.
“Uh… I made some tacos,” I said softly. “I made enough for everyone.”
He just nodded before he left, and disappointment soured my stomach. What did I think would happen? I was tired of constantly being at odds with Zev and Aeon. As much as I loved the chase, I hated their constant thinking I was going to fuck them over. I didn’t want to admit it, but I felt offended that they would think I would hurt them. It wouldn’t surprise me if they thought I had poisoned the food or goddess knows what else.
Thankfully, Lucien didn’t take too long, saving me from the depressing thoughts I was obsessing over. I had just finished serving him a plate when Aeon came walking in looking sexy in a button-down shirt and trousers. He combed his hair back so that I could admire his beautiful eyes and his pensive gaze.
I swallowed roughly, immediately busying myself in serving him, too.
“I’ll serve you,” I said, making his tacos.
I didn’t dare turn around to look at them, even though I felt their gaze on me. Once I finished making Aeon a plate, I saw he sat close to Lucien, and the glances broke my heart. I know they weren’t seeing eye to eye right now, but I still felt bad.
They exchanged looks while I made myself a plate and sat on Lucien's right side, noticing they were both waiting for me to eat.
“This smells amazing,” Lucien said, looking at the food. “Now, how the hell do I eat this?”
I laughed, thinking, I’ve never really had to show someone how to eat a taco. I guess there is a first time for everything, right?
“You grab it from the top where the tortillas meet and just stick it in your mouth,” I said, laughing to myself at my sexual comment. “But before you do you can load it up with guacamole, sour cream or salsa.”
I pointed out the different things I was talking about and let them decide what they wanted. I loaded up my tacos the way I love them, with a shit ton of guacamole and salsa.
The first bite was almost orgasmic, making me moan like I just had the best orgasm of my life. I opened my eyes to see both of them staring at me with hunger in both of their eyes.
“Sorry,” I said sheepishly. “I’ve missed tacos.”
“I think I would miss your taco, too,” Lucien said, taking a bite, making me laugh from the sexual innuendo that he did not know he even said.
Aeon was next to take a bite and I couldn’t help but stare at his expression. He didn’t moan or looked like he liked them, but he ate all the tacos quickly and before I knew it, they both went back for seconds. I practically preened with pride that they liked my cooking.
“Damn, KitKat, this is delicious.” Lucien sat back down, kissing my cheek.
When Lucien leaned back, Aeon was looking at us with an expression that made my heart hurt. He clenched his jaw when he looked down at his plate. He grabbed a taco, stuffing his face quickly.
Lucien looked between Aeon and me while I kept watching Aeon. Lucien looked conflicted, and I knew this might be hard for him.
“Which ones were your favorite?” Lucien asked Aeon.
“The steak one,” he said, pushing his seat back and getting up.
I assumed he was going to get more but he walked into the kitchen and came back empty handed.
“Thank you for the meal.” His rich voice gave me goosebumps and that multicolored stare, felt like he was peering into my soul.
“Of course, I enjoy cooking so I didn’t mind one bit,” I said, hoping he would stay, but he left with a nod, leaving Lucien and me to stare after him.
“He’s just grumpy,” Lucien said, making an excuse for him.
