“All right, but there’s one thing I have to know before you take that test,” Luke says.
Clyde elbows him. “Can’t it wait? I’m dying to know if we’re dads.”
“Hold on.” Luke reaches under the tree again and hands me another small box.
I open it, finding the dice game. “This is what you need to know?”
“Yeah, roll those dice because I need to know how I’m going to take you on the Firebird to celebrate what I assume is going to be a positive test.”

Three Years Later
Luke leads me to his garage workshop, and Clyde and Knox follow along. I suspected he had something going on out there because he hadn’t opened the bay doors recently. And every time I wandered that direction, the guys conveniently detoured me away.
Since I love their surprises, I didn’t sneak a peek when they were gone. Plus, it’s rare that one of them isn’t around. When they said they would be there for me and take care of me forever, they meant it. They all work from home, which is great since we have a toddler and another one on the way.
Clyde gave up his Hardwood persona only to realize he missed the social aspect. Thus,Dadvicewas born. He uses his social media savvy to openly discuss the joys and struggles of being a dad. He limits his followers to men, the best he can, so that dads have a safe space to discuss their reality.
The flexibility of Dadvice allows him to be there for our little one while I’m at work, which is almost entirely from home now that I’m working as a theoretical chemist. But the sanctity of focus time can never be overestimated, so he treats my work time as if I’m in the city.
And while I loved getting to see the mountains and valleys from Luke’s helicopter rides, I love being home all the time even more.
In their spare time, they’ve been building ‘the big house’ as they call it. We won’t have to swap between their three cabins much longer. The monstrosity they’re building for our growing family is a truly luxurious mountain home.
I stare at it as we walk to the garage. It’s almost finished, with huge walls of windows and a wooden deck surrounding the entire house. I feel so blessed to have ended up with them.
They say we have to have at least three kids so that they can each inherit one of the cabins when they grow up, and live near us forever.
Luke undoes the lock I hadn’t realized he’d put on the bay door. “Did you think I was going to peek?”
“Just making sure, Sweetheart.” He slides the door open and there sits a gorgeous white and red Firebird with a big red bow on it. His black and gold Firebird is awesome, but this is the color combination I love.
My hands are over my mouth and I’m shaking. “Is this for me?”
Luke says, “It sure is. It’s fully functional with safety features updated. But we have to christen it.”
“I like your thinking.”
He points to a small box up by the windshield. I unwrap the package expecting it to be keys, but I’m surprised by a set of three dice.
“More games Luke, really?”
“I guess I just need more escuses to fuck you.”
Knox and Clyde grimace because we’ve been trying to use less profanity.
“Good thing the baby’s not here,” I chastise him.
“I watch my mouth when she’s around.”
“I know you do.” I rub my hands over my eight-month-pregnant belly. “So what are you proposing with these dice? Were the old ones not good enough?”
“Take a closer look.”
Knox and Clyde step closer as I lift the green one. I read the different sides:mouth, cock, hand. Nothing crazy. Then I grab the blue one:pussy, butt, mouth, hand, tit, belly.
