Yamarz gestures to a fallen orc on the ground.
“Our old friend Yaghed here decided to cause some trouble for us after finding out about our relationship.”
“Are you okay?” I ask them, seeing the light bruises on them.
“Don’t worry Willo,” says Duma reassuringly. “We’re fine. Yamarz kept us safe.”
“You held your own too. Not bad for someone who got kicked out of the battalion.”
“I wasn’t about to sit back and let you have all the fun.”
“Oh Duma…” mutters Yamarz before turning to me. “It sure is damn good to see you.”
“Fuck… I was so worried about you guys. All these people were rushing past, then I heard someone mention Yaghed and two orcs, and… and…”
Duma and Yamarz each lay a hand on my shoulders, bringing my racing mind to a gentle stop.
“We’re alright.”
Because of my heightened feelings about them, the fear that consumed me was something far greater than any other fright I had ever experienced. I know I’m so lucky not only that they’re alive but that they barely have a scratch on them. It’s at that moment I grab them both by the hands and begin leading them towards my house.
“Come with me, there’s something I need to talk to you about.”

YAMARZ
My eyes drink Willo in. Something about watching her rush toward us, worried and looking frantic has unraveled emotions I wasn’t ready for within me.
I know I care about Willo. Deeply and truly. So much so that I am more willing to share her with someone else than never have her.
Not that I mind Duma any more. It almost feels right for her to have us both at her side. I never have to worry about her being without my protection. Now, she has two men to cater to her, to pleasure her, to protect her. And I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Because I love her.
It hits me so harshly, I can barely believe it. For so long, I’ve stayed as far away from others as I could get. Yet, I couldn’t resist Willo the second I laid eyes on her.
She leads us into her house, and as Duma closes the door behind him, she whirls around on us, her eyes bright, alight with passion. “I was so fucking worried.” She tugs her hand through her hair harshly, and I can see the tension lining her entire body.
Sometimes I forget what it means to be with a human. Though Willo is no stranger to orc behavior, she has never been as intimately involved in it as she is now. To an orc, a fight is a part of life.
But to Willo…
Duma steps forward, taking her hand in one of his and cupping her face with the other. My heart swells as I watch the display. Not with jealousy, but with love. To see her cared for, comforted, as she curves into Duma who crouches before her so they are closer to eye level. I want my girl taken care of, and I’m glad she has two men to make sure she always is.
Even if we are the ones that cause her to worry in the first place.
“You don’t have to worry,” he murmurs in a low voice that drags the tension from his body. It’s a tone I’ve only ever heard him take with her, and it instantly makes me think of comfort. Not because Duma would ever try to comfort me – nor do I want him to try. But it’s the soothing tone that always makes Willo melt into him.
He scoops her up, setting her up on the counter’s edge so that he doesn’t have to crouch any longer. “We aren’t going anywhere, Willo.”
Her eyes are watery, and they dart to me, full of longing. A smirk tips at the edge of my lips, and I cross the room to stand beside Duma. He shifts a little to the right so that we are equally in front of her.
His hand is still resting on her knee, drawing circles up the inside of her thigh, and I take her hand in mine, squeezing softly. “Duma’s right. You can’t get rid of either of us.”
I don’t know if this is what she intended to talk to us about, but I’m glad this is where we drifted. Now that I am facing my emotions, I can’t help but want to tell her.
And I want Duma here, too. We decided to share our girl in every way, and I don’t want any of our relationship to be private from him. If I tell Willo I love her, he should know. I’m not trying to steal her from him.
