"Excuse me for a moment," I murmur, excusing myself to go to the bathroom.

Gazing at my reflection in the mirror, I see a beautiful, accomplished woman ready to embrace what lay ahead. Amidst the whirlwind of emotions, I remind myself of the journey that led me here—the sacrifices I made and the dreams I pursued.

Plus, I have great boobs. I look at my bare boobs in the mirror and chuckle to myself that I’m just walking around naked with Theo and it’s so comfortable and seems totally natural.

Confidence fills my heart as I whisper words of encouragement.Olivia, you've come so far, worked so hard. Perhaps it's time to embrace the next chapter of your life. But remember, it's your decision, and it's essential to approach it with clarity and self-love. Trust yourself, Olivia.

With renewed determination, I take in a deep breath and return to the living room, ready to face the future hand-in-hand with Theo.

As I take my seat next to him again, our gazes lock. It seems that Theo can't help but express his feelings.

"Liv, these past six months with you have been the best six months of my life. You've brought so much love, joy, and laughter into my world. I can't begin to express how much you mean to me and how much I cherish you.” He swings his knees toward me and adjusts himself in his chair. “Your presence in my life has ignited a fire within me, a flame that burns brighter with each passing day. Liv, you have brought the kind of life into my world that I never knew existed. Your laughter, and your smile, fill me with indescribable joy. You are the light in my darkest moments, the rock that holds me steady. I consider myself the luckiest person on this planet to have you by my side.” Theo pauses to see my reaction to the expression of his feelings.

Touched by his words, I reach over to hold his hand. He smiles tenderly, his eyes shining with adoration.

“You are my inspiration, my motivation, and my heart's greatest desire. Olivia, my love for you knows no bounds. It transcends time and space. With you, every moment is an eternity, and every touch is an electric shock that resonates through my entire being. You have become the best thing that has ever happened to me, and I am eternally grateful for your love,” he continues.

Blushing, I lower my gaze briefly before meeting his eyes again.

Theo stands up from his chair, and reaches into his pocket, retrieving a small, velvet box. He then gets down on one knee as I fully turn to face him, still sitting in my chair. When he speaks again, his voice is trembling with emotion. “Liv, my love for you will only grow stronger with each passing day. I promise to cherish and adore you for the rest of my life. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Will you marry me, Olivia Whitman?"

I didn’t know that Theo could be such a romantic. Every word he spoke sounded like something out of a book, but I can see the sincerity in his eyes and they are telling me that he means every word he is saying.

My eyes widen, and my breath is catching in my throat. I had had my doubts about marriage, but at that moment, all my doubts have vanished. The love and certainty shining in Theo's eyes are all I need to know.

“Theo, I can't wait to see what the future holds for us. So, yes!” I say as he slips a beautiful diamond ring on my left ring finger and I lean over to wrap my arms around his neck. “Yes! Yes! YES! I will marry you!”

Ecstatic, Theo leans forward, capturing my lips as we come together in a passionate kiss. We are savoring the moment, with our love and excitement intertwining. I am already naked and can feel that he’s ready for round two of dinner sex.

As I’m unbuttoning his pants, the sound of the doorbell rings through the apartment, interrupting our blissful bubble. Theo sighs, breaking the kiss reluctantly and redoing the button on his pants.

"You son of a bitch!" Theo's voice echoes through the doorway as he opens the front door.

A husky voice responds, "Good to see you too."

"You were supposed to come tomorrow," Theo exclaims, his tone filled with surprise.

"I thought I'd surprise you. Is this not a good time?" the man asks.

"No, no. It's completely fine. Come right in," Theo replies, inviting the man inside.

Unfamiliar with the guest's voice, I realize this isn’t an ideal moment for an unexpected visit. I most certainly am not dressed to welcome guests. I’m not even dressed.

I hurry and retreat to my bedroom to change into something more presentable. Namely, clothes. Ha ha. While I am choosing what to wear, laughter fills the living room. Theo and his new guest sound like they’re wrestling because I can hear some shuffling and grunts on the other side of my bedroom door.

Something falls, then a “Hey watch out! Liv will be so pissed!” More shuffling andbang!“Ow, you asshole! Come ‘ere!” Then some muffled sounds and an “OK! Uncle! Uncle!” Out of Theo's mouth.

I throw on a casual dress and step into the living room, curious to meet the person who is now in my apartment and has apparently awakened Theo's inner child. The boys have resumed their wrestling and it really is cute to see Theo acting like a thirteen-year-old boy, rolling around mostly on the sofa, partially on the ground, and in mid-air. Both men laughing the whole time.

Theo is now on top of his friend, while his friend is face-down, apparently trying to regain dominance. It takes Theo a few moments to look up and notice me standing there, watching.

"Oh, there she is! The love of my life!" He exclaims while keeping his hand pressed down on his shoulder, not letting his friend get up just yet. “Oh you can’t get up, can you? What’s wrong huh? What’s up? Not you!”

Theo’s friend shows some incredible strength and is somehow able to lift a few inches off the ground, with Theo still on top of him. Theo crawls off of his friend, then childishly pushes his friend’s head down once more while standing up for playful emphasis. Theo walks over to me enthusiastically, and his friend grabs his leg, tripping Theo and making him fall down at my feet.

Theo yells back, “Asshole, I said here she is! Get up and meet my fiancé!” He then stands up next to me, moving his hand behind my back to encourage me to walk over to meet his friend who is also getting up from his previous position. "Come on, Liv. This is Nico. He's a day early, but that's just who he is."

Nico? So this is THE Nico, Theo's childhood friend that he can’t stop talking about?Interested, I step forward and reach out my hand, saying, "Theo has told me so much about you."

"Likewise," Nico replies, finally standing up and looking up at me, his face finally in view.

As soon as I see his face, I feel a mixture of horror and shock but do my best not to let these feelings fill my eyes. But my expression must be ghastly, as a whirlwind of emotion paints my skin in a myriad of colors. A lump forms in my throat, as if the ground has been pulled from beneath my feet. The serenity I had felt just moments ago seems poised to shatter. I am trying not to overreact.

To my astonishment, Nico is none other than Dominic — the man I had shared a passionate one-night stand with two years ago.
