Derek: How does all that make sense?
Piper: Because it does. How’s your family by the way?
Derek: Sharon will be out on parole soon. The last time I saw my niece and nephews they were doing well.
Piper: How’s Ben?
Derek: He’s doing well, and did you just notice you changed the conversation before I put you in the hot seat?
Piper: Of course. Do you understand how long it took me to deal with my broken heart?
Derek: So you moved on from Archer?
Piper: No, I mean you.
Derek: Me?
Piper: Listen I don’t want to discuss what happened.
Derek: I regret that fight.
Piper: We already established that we’re not a good match.
Derek: Plus, he’s back.
Piper: It doesn’t matter. He and I are probably over… you know what that means?
Derek: I’m afraid to ask.
Piper: I’m going to have to nurture my broken heart… that poor sucker can’t take any more punches since it’s already been bleeding for years.
Derek: And yet you were flirting earlier and proposing dating the two of us.
Piper: It was obviously a joke.
Derek: Would you date us both?
Piper: If that was possible, I would consider it, but I don’t even want to think about it.
Piper: I’m going to pull the brakes and hop out of this chat.
Derek: How can you hop out when you only have one leg?
Piper: You’re silly. Talk soon and stay safe.
Derek: I still love you.
Piper: Goodbye, Derek Farrow.

According to Lewiston, Teddy and Seth have left the safe house ready to attend the gala. The Zs have several barricades around the area to stop and attack them.
With my binoculars, I look around to see who came to finish Seth Bradley.
