Matt appeared as if out of nowhere. “Yeah boss?”

“Take these to Willa’s room,” he ordered, shoving the Balenciaga bags at him.

“It’s okay,” I said. “I can—”

“No problem,” Matt said. The Kings’ pledges might have been kicked out of the house, but apparently they were still eager to please.

I scowled at Neo. “Thanks, Matt.”

“No problem, Willa.” He disappeared up the back stairs.

When I turned around, Neo was looking at me. “Guess it’s a good thing we bought thosefoundational garments.”

The fire in his eyes went straight to my pussy, and I had a flash of him looking up at me from the sofa at Balenciaga, the smack of his hand on my ass.

He turned away and the moment was gone, like everything good that ever happened between us.

Chapter28

Willa

Ilooked down at the two options on my bed — the pretty black nightgown I’d started with at Balenciaga and the bustier/garter/stocking set that had ended with my ass in Neo’s hands.

I’d bought a few basics at Bergdorf — they were fine for that kind of thing, just not exactly my style in the fashion department — but tonight was not a night for basic. Three of the hottest inked men on the planet were downstairs, one of them loaded with dick piercings, and they were all waiting for me.

I wondered what Neo would be wearing when I returned, then forced myself not to think about it. I needed to focus, and imagining Neo in his underwear was not the path to clarity.

“Safe or slutty, safe or slutty…” I murmured to myself.

A knock sounded from my door and I turned to face it. “Yeah?”

Claire stuck her head in the room. “Can I come in?”

“Please,” I said. “I need help. I can’t decide what to wear.”

She closed the door behind her and set her drink on my dresser. I immediately put a notebook under the cup because the Kings’ furniture was nice and hella expensive.

“Sorry,” she said.

I waved away the apology. “I can’t believe you guys did all this for me.”

“I’d love to take credit, but it was all the Kings. They’ve been planning it for weeks.”

I drew in a breath, feeling weirdly emotional. “Nobody’s ever done something like this for me before.”

She laughed. “Maybe nobody’s ever been this obsessed with you before.”

Obsessed. There was that word again.

“I wouldn’t go that far,” I said.

She laughed. “You didn’t see Oscar and Rock asking for my input on decorations and cake.”

“It’s so nice,” I said. “I’m still in shock.”

She gave me a hug. “You deserve it! Now show me your options.”

I waved to the bed. “I have other stuff, but I’ve narrowed it to these two.”
