“There’s a bar in your limo?” I gasp. “I’ve never seen anything like this.” It’s true, I’ve never seen anything like what I’ve seen in the last ten minutes; from the swooning service of my car being parked to this party limo.

“Here man.” Andy hands Quinton his gin on the rocks with lime. I notice they all have cocktails.

“How can you drink and ride?” They laugh at me. “I’m serious.”

“Relax, you’re in a limo.” Quinton grins as he leans forward. “Andy pour Amelia some moscato.”

I take it. Mmm, the fruity sweetness makes my taste buds tingle. “Oh wow it’s delicious.” He grins, relaxing back. “Where are we going?”

“You’ll see.” He’s tapping his thumb on his knee to the beat of the music Tierra turned has on. It’s loud. I laugh, watching Tierra dancing from the waist up. This is their lifestyle—they seem completely relaxed.

“They all know, don’t they?” I ask. He smugly nods.

“You look beautiful, really beautiful Amelia.” I still cannot believe I’m doing this. It feels like a dream. Our eyes are pulled together like magnets. He strokes my cheek. I melt under his touch.Shit!

“What’s this?” he asks looking at the small spot on my bottom lip. He softly brushed his thumb over it. He looks back to my eyes, I think he already knows the answer.

“It’s fine.” I touch his hand. He cuts his eyes to Michael and Andy. No one says anything.

“You don’t have to ask to hold my hand,” I whisper, all breathy. I don’t think I can do this … keep a platonic friendship. I want more with him.

He drops that sexy ass smile. “Good.” He brushes his lips across my knuckles. My breath hitches in my throat. I drop my eyes to our hands. His lips are soft and warm.

“You’re out of moscato,” he says, taking my glass. “Andy my man, Amelia needs topping.” He’s dancing his shoulders and playfully grinning as he hands my glass back. “I told you, I promised you a good time. You ready?”

“Yes,” I breathe, sounding more seductive than I intended. I watch his eyes travel to my mouth.

“Good.” I feel the limo stop. I look up as everyone is grabbing their drinks. The door opens and I follow Tierra.

“Thank you,” I tell the driver who held my hand. I brush my hair out of my eyes, looking at the marina. I grin, spinning back towards Quinton. “We’re going out on your boat?”

“Yeah.” He naturally puts his hands on my hips, pulling me closer. “Come on.” I follow him. His gang prances and struts down the dock, knowing exactly where they’re heading—not admiring any of the boats.

My face is in awe as I walk, looking at the different sailboats. I can’t believe he’s taking me out on his boat. We’re going sailing. “Mr. Starks,” I hear as I look up. I gasp; we’re standing in front the largest boat in the port.

“You okay Amelia?” Quinton turns at hearing my gasp. He turns back to the man without waiting for my response. “Captain,” I hear him say as he starts walking me aboard.

“This must be Ms. Amelia.” The captain knows my name. He smiles as he greets me. “Welcome to the Fortuna.”

“Thank you.” I smile as I follow Quinton. He’s still lacing our fingers. I watch Tierra and Andy make themselves comfortable; Michael and Tina disappear down below. I have no idea where Gerry and Marcus ran off to. Everything is a blur as I take in my surroundings, looking at his boat. I laugh on the inside,a boat my ass. This is a yacht. I don’t even hear what he’s discussing with the captain.

I feel like I’m in a daze, walking around the upper deck, the outer deck has wrap around seating, tables, bars, a sun bed … a freaking pool! I look up and notice a shade. I walk into the first cabin, consisting of wrap around seating and dining table, bars, counters, and there are stairs that go down and turn. Which I’m being led down. I’m still amazed as I follow him. Another luxurious L-shaped sofa and sofa table with additional seating. It’s a living room, there is a flatscreen and cabinets. “You okay?” He’s grinning. “You haven’t said anything.”

I continue to follow him down another set of stairs, into the lower deck. This is a huge party space, with a full media center, another L-shaped sofa, more seating but extra large. His yacht screams sexy and lavishness. Nothing is lacking in anything, from what I’ve seen. It’s abundant in rich woods and whites. Luxurious and modern collide into the perfect space. “Those doors.” He points at the back wall. “That’s the crew area.” I nod and smile as he pulls me the opposite direction, up another set of stairs. He looks back at me. “Sleeping quarters.”

I inhale as I follow him. I haven’t really given that aspect much thought, which I know is absolutely insane. That should have been the first thought. I hear my angel side, reminding me I am married, while my sexy devil side is saying just go with it.

He opens the first closed door to the right. “This is your cabin. I hope you’ll be comfortable. All the bedrooms have their own ensuite.” I smile as I see my luggage already sitting in the bedroom.

“It’s beautiful.” The color scheme keeps with the rest of the boat. I touch the bedding.

“It’s queen size.” He’s watching me. “You want me to show you the rest?”

“Yes,” I whisper. Well, at least I know he’s not expecting us to have sex. He put me in my own room. I haven’t slept alone in forever. He holds out his hand for me. I naturally go to him.

“Andy and Tierra are in the room next to yours; Marcus and Gerry are across the hall. Michael and Tina are beside them.” I follow him up another set of stairs at the end of the hall. “This is my quarters.” I walk in with him. It’s massive, and easily accommodates two with more than ample space. “Say something, you haven’t said anything since you walked aboard.”

He’s watching me, waiting. I walk around, looking at his space. “I hardly think I would call this a sailboat.” I smile as he smiles, almost looking like he’s relieved. “You own a yacht!”
