“If not, I want to keep trying.”

She smiled, bracing her hands upon my chest, her hair and her breasts swaying nicely as she slowly moved again, quickening the pace. I repositioned my hands to help lift her, and that was when I felt the primal need overwhelm me. Yet I tried to hold back, to focus on this special moment, on this special woman, on how much she meant to me, on how my life was much better simply for knowing her, on how special she made me feel because of her love for me.

She screamed my name as her orgasm surged through her and around me. Her fingernails curled deep into my skin, and I groaned from the erotic pain. It was the pain which made me lose my internal battle. No longer could I hold back, my groan increasing in volume as I held her tight and plowed deep into her cunt from below, until I too growled out, shooting my seed deep into her womb.

When the last drop seeped from my dick, I released my hold on her as she collapsed over me. Her body shuddering and whimpering. I reached down to draw the covers over us once again. I held her close, comforting her, cherishing her, our combined juices tricking from her body onto mine. The rain continued to grace us with its rhythmic patter. I caressed her back and listened intently to her breaths as she calmed down and ultimately slipped back into a peaceful slumber.

Sliding out from under her, I tucked the surrounding covers around her before walking to the bathroom. As much as I wanted to stay in bed with her and listen as the rainfall lulled me into a deep sleep, I needed to be somewhere else. After taking a quick shower, I dressed and left my woman sleeping peacefully in our bed. Walking down the hallway, I stopped at my daughter’s door and opened it to find her still sleeping. Little Arianna beside her. For the longest time, it was just me and Elizabeth. I never realized what I was denying her, but seeing her with Linsey and the girls, I knew my daughter was where she belonged.

She finally had everything she wanted.

A family.

Not connected by blood, but by choice.

Closing the door, I turned and opened the door directly across the hall and peeked in on the little ones. Both sleeping peacefully in their beds, so young and innocent. I wanted all my girls to have the life they wanted. Whatever it was, I would make damn sure they got it. No one was ever going to tell my girls they couldn’t do or be anything. The future was theirs to claim. If it was the last thing I did, I would make sure they had that choice.

Walking down the stairs, I wasn’t surprised to see Fury sitting at the kitchen bar. Since he revealed he was the little ones’ father, my club brother never strayed far. Heading for the coffeemaker, I poured myself a cup, then leaned against the counter and took a drink.

“You ready for this?” he asked firmly.

I knew what he was talking about. We all came to an agreement last night after the shit went down with Linsey’s cousins. Though Linsey trusted them, their actions told me differently. There was something off about the brother and sister duo that set my alarm bells ringing loudly, and apparently, I wasn’t the only one. After everything went down, Montana sent a message to a club brother asking him to investigate the Galveston siblings. Within thirty minutes, Montana’s phone was blowing up with information.

“Abso-fucking-lutely. Do we know where they are staying?” I asked before taking another drink.

Fury nodded. “Yep. The brothers are mobilizing now. Just waiting for us.”

“Who’s staying with our girls?”

Fury looked up at me and grinned. Yeah, my brother caught that. “Your friends, Viper and Bayou, along with Happy. Montana is also sending his father and mom over. They will be here shortly. Vicious, I want you to know that I won’t interfere in your life with Linsey. I meant what I said when I told her I would never take the girls away from her.”

“I know that, brother, but I also see how attached you are becoming.”

He smirked. “You know I never wanted kids. When Davina asked me to be the sperm donor, I didn’t know what to do. I only agreed because she told me I wouldn’t have to be involved. I never thought I would fall for her. She was amazing, Vicious. A lot like Linsey, but stronger. I guess she had to be considering her position, but there was a softness, a gentleness about her. I miss her.”

“You’re allowed to Fury. Whether you wanted to or not, you formed an attachment with the mother of your children. Elizabeth isn’t my blood, but I will destroy this earth for that girl. She is mine. You may not have Davina anymore, but she left you with three beautiful girls who will need their father.”

“How are we going to do this because I can’t imagine my life without them anymore? They consume me night and day.”

“Linsey calls it co-parenting. We all work together to give the girls the life they want. Plus, you are moving across the hall. The entire floor of this building will be ours. We will make it work.”

“I just want to be a part of their lives. I won’t interfere.”

I chuckled. “Good luck with that. Those girls aren’t even mine, and I’m protective of them. Trust me, the longer you are around them, the more entangled you’ll get. As for interfering, every bit of help is welcome. Face it Fury, we’re outnumbered here. There are five women in this place and only two of us.”

“We need more cocks around here,” Fury grinned. “You better get on with that, brother.”

I laughed. “Working on it.”

Twenty- Three

Vicious

I didn’t know what I expected when Fury and I showed up at the clubhouse an hour later, but it sure wasn’t brothers quietly sitting around, each checking their weapons, making sure they had everything for what was about to happen. The clubhouse was completely empty, save for the brothers on the board. It looked like a ghost town.

Being around the Golden Skulls as long as I was, it was livelier before a battle. Golden brothers joked, drank and hyped themselves up for what they were about to do. Not the Soulless Sinners. My new brothers were a different breed of men. More cunning, more calculated, smarter and deadly.

“Over here, Vicious,” Montana motioned, getting my attention. Heading over to him, I noticed he stood beside a table laden with several weapons. Everything from simple handguns to knives and grenades. “You are leading the attack. You will also be the only one doing the killing. We will be there as backup, but this is all on you, brother.”
