I pulled down the neckline of her dress, along with her strapless bra, revealing her perky breasts with satin-like skin and taut nipples waiting to be sucked. I indulged her, using my lips, my tongue, and my hands.
Her face revealed the mounting ecstasy she was experiencing. Watching her enveloped in sexual euphoria made me harder and more aroused.
She moved slowly at first, raising herself up and then lowering herself on me repeatedly. Then she moved faster and faster, making me groan with interminable pleasure.
Our bodies seemed to meld into one. I could feel my desire escalating, along with the lustful bliss filling every part of my being.
In a few minutes, we were both moving compulsively and with tremendous passion. Everything else around us was blurred and distant. It was just the two of us, caught in the passionate moment, feeling every bit of the heightening pleasure that took over our bodies.
I heard her scream a little just as her body trembled in my hands.
I felt the huge burst of energy and fluid shooting from deep inside me and getting released into her, making her a part of me and I a part of her.
She slumped with exhaustion into my arms, her arms wrapped around my neck and shoulders. I embraced her for a few seconds, listening to her heartbeat as I buried my face in her plump breasts.
We stayed like that for a while. Then she lifted one leg and plopped herself beside me on the sofa, beads of sweat breaking out on her porcelain skin. She was flushed and panting and she looked absolutely stunning in my eyes.
We fixed our clothes and then snuggled on the sofa on the terrace, feeling like we had the whole world to ourselves.
It was heavenly.
Chapter 19
LEIGH
Aswespenttherest of the afternoon together, I began to feel more at ease with Carter. He too had loosened up and was a little more talkative than usual.
We were obviously compatible in sex. But the attraction between us didn’t stop there. And throughout our conversation, I could sense our undeniable charisma. It wasn’t just physical, but more profound and more meaningful.
I opened up about my family, my dreams… and even about my fears. He was certainly a good listener. He did not interrupt but simply nodded and squeezed my hand from time to time.
He also told me about his days at the orphanage, how he began to dream big, and why he was so adamant about becoming successful.
I began to tear up when he mentioned how his foster parents had treated him. He did not go into the details, but I could tell from his facial expression and body language just how painful the experience had been. I could sense the intense agony, and my heart really went out to him.
“I can’t believe there could be such mean people,” I murmured, shaking my head in disbelief. “I’m so sorry you went through that.”
He gave me a weak smile, but his eyes were still distant. His mind was in the past, in another world he’d known that had brought him so much suffering.
“I admire you,” I suddenly blurted out, being true to my present feelings. “You’ve gone a long way from that. You were able to rise above it all. That’s amazing and definitely very inspiring.”
“It’s not something I like to share with others, though,” he admitted. “Especially with the public.”
“Yeah, that’s understandable,” I acknowledged.
I began to appreciate him more as I learned more about him. And throughout those hours, we both did not mention Drake anymore. He was a big part of our past, but I guess we both wanted to set him aside for now.
Soon the sky was darkening. The stars came out one by one, lighting up the darkness. I smiled as I thought of how Carter and I were like stars to each other, brightening the murky, gloomy memories that we carried on our shoulders.
I went over to the railing and looked up at the sky, silently thanking the stars for a beautiful evening.
“Are you making a wish?” asked Carter without warning as he came up behind me and placed his arms around my waist.
Immediately, his touch made my heart pound wildly. I quietly reprimanded myself for being so affected. This was certainly not part of my plan upon transferring to Las Vegas. I needed to take things a little more slowly--- if I could help it.
I shook my head to answer his question. “Just thanking the stars for this new beginning in Las Vegas…” I replied with a smile. “…and I guess also for how today turned out despite…” I trailed off, not wanting to mention what had happened with Drake.
Carter nodded, smiling back at me. I could sense that he wanted to ask about Drake. Perhaps he was wondering how the situation was affecting me or if I still had feelings for my ex-fiancé.
