“Come on, you need a shower.” Aiden walked toward the bathroom.
My heart dropped. He didn’t love me. He cared, but not enough. I knew Aiden had a rough exterior, but I didn’t realize how rough until now.
Aiden turned to me. A huge smile spread across his face. “I love you too. Never forget that.”
Epilogue The Triplets and The Blonde
Iclimbed out of thebed. It wasn’t easy, especially since they bought me a much larger bed a few months ago. Since they rotated what nights they slept with me they wanted the best. At least that was my reasoning for the extravagance.
My pink fuzzy slippers and matching robe were right next to the bed. There was no time to find something else. I wrapped the robe around me and left the room. Pat would be showing up with my breakfast soon. I should wait for it. Nope. That was a bad idea.
Every morning my men had a meeting in Aiden’s office, it was the perfect place to find all three of them.
“Mrs. Cartright, can I get you something?” Jamal asked as soon as I opened my door.
It wasn’t even official yet. Our wedding wasn’t for another few months, but that didn’t stop the staff from calling me that. I smiled, it was nice to hear.
“Ma’am you really shouldn’t.” Jamal reached out his hand.
“Oh stop it.” I swatted his hand away.
When I entered Aiden’s office all three of them were busy looking over some papers on his desk. They stopped when they heard the door shut.
“Hey guys, I gotta...” I started saying.
“Perfect, you’re here.” Jason came over and kissed me on the lips.
“Come on Babe you gotta see this.” Derek guided me over to the desk.
It was blue prints for something. Even though real estate and such was their business, I never saw any interest in it. I spent most of my time feeding the homeless and trying to find them jobs. The Trips let me spend what money I wanted on them as long as it was within reason. I kept pushing each time and so far they hadn’t said anything to me about it.
“See?” Aiden pointed to the top.
Kira Heights was written across the top in big bold letters.
“What is this?” I traced my fingers across the letters.
