When her hips lifted some off the counter, he was able to slide another finger in and that was all it took before she was panting out his name as he felt her coming all over his hand, the muscles twitching and flexing.
Her eyes popped open and looked into his. He was smiling. He couldn’t help it. But the minute her hand went to his rock hard dick, he stepped back and walked over to the sink to wash his hand.
“It’s the least I can do,” she said. “I want to do it.”
“I appreciate it, but another time. I’d rather hold off for the whole package.”
She laughed. “I get it. It’s not the same, but it helps.”
“It does. I can take care of it tonight if need be.”
She giggled and put her hand in front of her mouth. “Not many men admit that.”
“I didn’t think it’d be much of a secret at this point, all things considered. Just going to be another memory in my mind while I lie in bed. Why torture myself?”
“Why indeed,” she said, sliding off the counter and fixing her shorts. She looked at the clock. “I’m sure you’re tired.”
“Kicking me out?” he asked. “We haven’t even decided what to tell my sister now.”
“Not that you just finger fucked me on the counter.”
This time he knew his jaw dropped. He should have figured she’d be blunt. He was, so why not?
“Yeah, we don’t need to say that. Let’s go sit on the couch and figure it out. Unless you need to go to bed?”
“We can talk some more,” she said. “Then I’m going to sleep like a baby.”
He moved closer and kissed her again. “Hope I do too.”

Build Up Of Hormones
“Hey, Megan, wait up.”
She turned to see Raina coming toward her as she left the conference room. She’d just been in a meeting and was going back to her office.
“What’s up?” she asked.
“I haven’t seen you much lately. Other than popping in and saying hi. Everything okay?”
Call her a coward but she’d been avoiding her friend as much as she could and leaving their communication to more text messages.
“Everything is great,” she said. “Just crazy busy.”
Which wasn’t a lie. Work was busier this week more than normal and she was happy to say that much. It kept her mind off of Jonah and what happened three days ago at her apartment.
She still couldn’t believe she allowed that to happen but then told herself there was no way she had the willpower to stop it.
He’d been on her mind for months. Ever since she’d met him at that party the end of May. Then the rehearsal dinner sitting next to him. At the wedding dancing. Yeah, it’d been a nonstop buildup of hormones that were waiting to be unleashed.
As disappointed as she was about not being able to help him out, she understood it too. There was part of her that wasn’t quite relieved enough from his fingers inside of her.
Shit, here she was thinking of that again and she felt her face start to flush.
“Me too,” Raina said. “Your face just got pink.”
She put her hands to her cheeks. “Guess it did,” she said, playing it off and laughing. “You do look pretty hot in those pants.”
