“Every fucking time.” He kissed me, his tongue moving in languid strokes. “Let’s go shower.”

I looked over at Rock, who’d grabbed a workout towel from the rack on the wall and was cleaning himself up. “You coming?”

“Fuck no,” he said. “I can’t handle the temptation of you wet and naked.”

“You don’t have to,” I teased. I thought I might be getting the hang of this sharing thing. “I’m sure Oscar would be happy to watch this time.”

Rock groaned and ran a hand through his shaggy blond hair.

He shook his head and stalked toward me, sliding a hand into my hair and kissing me deeply, his tongue staking claim over my mouth while Oscar stood naked on the other side of me.

“Don’t fucking tempt me, kitten,” he said when he broke the kiss.

Oscar laughed. “You have balls of fucking steel. I don’t know if I’d be able to resist.”

“Yeah, well, you’ve had your fun.” Rock looked at me, his expression deadly serious. “Soon, I’m going to have mine.”

Despite the fact that I was a marked woman, I was feeling pretty good by Monday morning. Partying with the girls Friday night, followed by the hottest sex I'd ever had (twice) and a lazy Saturday night lounging with the guys, had been just what the doctor ordered.

I didn't even mind when Rock walked me to class after Oscar planted a steamy morning kiss on my mouth in the parking lot. Neo was long gone by then, not to class, but in the Hummer, like he was our dad dropping us off at school, and I wondered again what he was really up to.

Rock took my hand as we made our way to my psych class. We hadn't spoken about the erotic encounter in the gym, but I could feel it sitting between us. I hoped he didn't regret watching, because I got turned on every time I thought about him stroking himself while Oscar fucked me senseless in the same room. It had made me even more excited to go to bed with both of them, and I was really hoping it hadn't changed Rock’s mind.

We'd reached the walkway leading to the lecture hall when he pulled me off the sidewalk and under the branches of a tree lit orange and gold by the October sun.

I’d been too turned on to notice, but several people were giving us curious glances as they headed for the lecture hall. No doubt the rumor mill was in full swing — and possibly very confused, since I’d been seen in various states of affection with both Oscar and Rock.

Then again, Aventine was an upside-down world, one where the usual rules didn’t apply. Maybe everyone assumed the Kings all slept with the same girl. If the rumors were true, I wasn’t the first girl they’d shared.

The possibility sent a howl of jealousy through my body. I didn’t know what this was between me, Oscar, and Rock — and I wouldn’t even try to figure out my relationship with Neo — but I knew I hated the thought of them with anyone else.
