"We'll sleep in Noah's old room," Kai spoke softly as he closed the bedroom door and led me down the hall to his brother's childhood bedroom.

Noah's old bedroom looked the same as it did years ago. The same old posters of the late nineties, early two thousand rock bands still on the walls. I was impressed that the tape and tacks had lasted as long as they did.

His cd player sat on the top of his dresser with stacks of CDs next to it. I laughed remembering how Mia and I would sneak in here and steal Noah's music so we could listen to it in Kai's room. We never thought about the fact that Noah would come home and hear the songs playing from Kai's player.

He'd burst in angry at his brother, yelling at him for taking his stuff, when it was us, girls, all along. He always seemed to lighten up after we confessed to the thievery and would invite the three of us to hang out in his room.

I wondered if he had feelings for Mia back then. I didn't know until later how Kai felt about me all those years ago, it was possible that Noah loved Mia when we were kids too.

"Nothing's changed. I thought you guys took turns staying with your mom." I finally said to Kai after I took everything in.

Kai laughed, kissing the back of my head after he closed the door behind us. He pushed past me to the bed. "Noah prefers to sleep in the

guest room for some reason. Cal and I still use our old rooms though."

I kicked off my flip-flops and got out of my jeans and bra. I laughed picturing Callum, over six feet tall climbing onto the top bunk of his childhood bed, with Ninja Turtle bedding and all.

I laughed at the image and turned to Kai. I wondered if he read my mind because he chuckled and shook his head. "Cal and I both modernized our old rooms. Don't worry baby."

Were my thoughts that obvious? I laughed and kissed him, climbing into the big bed next to him. "Then why are we in Noah's old room?"

"Because I didn't think you'd want to share a bed with my little brother tonight."

I tilted my head as if giving it some thought. Kai stared at me, shocked. I started laughing hysterically. Kai was more than enough for me.

"You think you're funny?" He asked, laughing as he climbed into bed with me.

"A little," I said holding my fingers up, a small space of air between my forefinger and thumb.

I leaned in and kissed Kai as we both laughed. He pulled me into his arms. "I love you Sin."

"I love you too." I really did. I was happy, my ghosts had finally been laid to rest.

"Do you want to find out how far along you are tomorrow?"

I sat up. "Is that possible?"

"Yeah, baby. I have a small ultrasound machine in the office. In the morning I'll see if we can squeeze you in. I canceled my appointments today to be with you and Aine, but I am sure we have openings to get you in."

"I'd like that. But can we wait to tell Aine and everyone else?" I yawned as I spoke. I was barely keeping my eyes open. I hadn't realized

I was so tired until I curled up in Kai's arms.

"Of course, baby. Now let's sleep." Kai kissed me one more time before letting out a sigh and falling asleep.

We woke up to a beautiful breakfast prepared by Kais's mom. Filled with all of Aines favorites. Blueberry pancakes, bacon, and home-fried potatoes. Kais's mom had a cup of ginger and chai tea ready for me instead of coffee. She said the drink would help with nausea. She was right.

As I poured my second cup, Callum came into the kitchen. He was shirtless, wearing only a pair of flannel pajama pants. His chest was well-defined and void of any hair. He had the most incredible tattoo that covered one arm. I couldn't help staring as he walked past me, giving me a wink. His chin-length dark hair covered half his face.

"Morning to you too, Sinny." Cal smiled as he poured himself a cup of coffee from the French press on the counter.

Kai left early for work, and Aine went shopping with her grandmother.

"I always hated when you and Noah call me that." I rolled my eyes.

"That's why we call you that, Pyro." He laughed and grabbed some bacon before walking out of the kitchen.

After eating a pancake, I put the leftovers away and got ready to meet Mia at the diner for coffee.
