“Mercy, you need to chill,” Stitch said.

I looked around the area, didn’t see them, and crept toward the voices.

“You need to mind yourself, Brady, especially around Piper. I told you a million times nothing will ever happen between us.”

“And I told you, I will never give up.”

“Then you’re a fool.”

“So are you.”

I stopped outside a supply closet and put my ear near the door.

Mercy gasped. “And that’s how you think you’ll win me? By insulting me?”

“I don’t know, baby. I’m willing to try anything to get you to submit to me, even insulting you. Stop fighting your feelings for me.”

I covered my mouth to keep from squealing. Theywereinto each other. Of course Mercy was being stubborn, but Stitch would wear her down. Although it might take a lifetime.

“I don’t feel anything for you,” Mercy replied in a breathy voice. “What are you doing?”

“Showing you what you’re missing. Fuck, what I’m missing. You smell so goddamn good.”

“Kissing my neck does nothing for me.”

Oh shit, he’s kissing her!

“Liar. You wouldn’t be trembling if you were unaffected. What about when I slip my fingers between your folds like this? You melt every time.”

“Oh God,” Mercy whisper-shouted. “Damn you. Just make it quick.”

Stitch chuckled. “So now you’re gonna be demanding. See, Mercy? You love it when I get you off. Try to remember how much you enjoyed having me balls deep inside you.”

“That should’ve never happened. Now stop talking and hurry up.”

I stepped away from the door when heavy breathing and wild kissing ensued. My face was flushed, and my heart was racing.

Mercy and Stitch.

Stitch and Mercy.

I loved the idea of them!

“Oh, I’m so sorry.” I spun around to see who I’d bumped into. My heart stopped. “Forrest.”

“Hi, sweetheart. It’s been a long time.”

I looked left, then right. No one was around. Well, except for Stitch in the supply closet, finger fucking Mercy.

“What are you doing here?” I asked as calmly as possible.

“I couldn’t go another day without you.” He moved toward me with wild, determined eyes. “I don’t appreciate you staying at your family’s casino all weekend.”

How did he know?

I turned toward the supply closet and ran to it. “Stitch!” A blood-curdling scream spewed from my mouth as I banged on the door and jiggled the locked doorknob.

“Shut up, or you’ll be sorry,” Forrest whispered as he grabbed my hair. “I told you one day you’d be mine.”
