She shivered and her skin pebbled under his touch.

Amused, his gaze followed the goosebumps as they covered her body in a wave. “So responsive,” he murmured, bringing a fingertip to the swell of her breast, swirling around it in ever-shrinking circles. It heaved, her breathing becoming ragged, and he raised his gaze to her face. “I think I’m addicted to you.”

“Good,” Hera gasped. “Augustine, please...”

Taking pity on her, he rolled in between her legs and, using his mouth, brought her pleasure over and over again, her cries music to his ears.

“Hera, I need your hel—” The voice that interrupted his feast came from the door. “Oh my Goddess, I amsosorry!”

“No, don’t stop, I’m so close!” Hera pressed his head back down, making it clear who she was talking to.

“Seriously?” The voice at the door squeaked.

Oh Goddess,Augustine thought, flushing.

“Yes, yes, yes!” Hera shouted, her hips thrusting against his face.

He pulled away after she calmed down. “I cannot believe that the first impression your sister has of me is my bare backside while I...”

“Eat me out?” Hera finished dreamily. “She’s the Goddess of fertility and no stranger to the pleasures of the flesh. Besides, your ass is gorgeous.”

“I have never heard it referred to as that before,” Augustine said dryly, getting to his feet and searching for his clothing.

“Then, you haven’t been paying attention,” Hera retorted. She clothed herself with a wave of her hand. “I’ll go see what Demi wants.”

Augustine got dressed quickly and arranged his hair in the mirror before taking a deep breath. “Maybe she’s gone,” he whispered to himself, opening the door of the bedroom.

She wasn’t.

Demi turned to greet him with a smile and slightly flushed cheeks. “Nice to meet you properly,” she said, holding out her hand. “Congratulations on your engagement.”

“Hera speaks of you often. And thank you.”

“All good things, I hope,” Demi replied with a chuckle. “There’s going to be a barbeque at Lucifer’s this afternoon and everyone’s invited. He’s showing off the baby.”

“She’s a darling,” Hera cooed as she bustled about the kitchen, making breakfast.

“How can I help?” Augustine asked.

“Call your brothers and tell them to come to the barbeque.” Hera kissed his cheek and returned to the coffee maker. “Do you prefer dark, medium, or light roast?”

“Uh, coffee?”

“Medium it is,” Hera said.

“I’ll see you two lovebirds later,” Demi said on the way out the door. “Hera, I really do need your help downstairs with the desserts, when you get a chance.” She popped her head back in. “Oh, and Augustine, nice ass.”

“I am going to die,” Augustine muttered under his breath.

“Don’t worry, she’s not going to tell anyone other than Charles,” Hera said.

“That is not reassuring,” Augustine replied, dialing the number for his house.

In the end, HeraandAugustine, along with Charles, helped get everything ready. Demi was a veritable force of nature in the kitchen, jumping from one project to the next and overseeing her three helpers.

Half an hour before the party, there was a knock on the back door.

“Friends of yours?” Hera asked Augustine, holding the door open so he could see his brothers’ smiling faces.
