Abaddon gave a rumbling growl that I could only assume was a confirmation. I held on as tight as I could while Abaddon crouched low at the front and raised his ass up ready to charge. I had just enough time to catch my breath before the hellhound took off like a rocket, flying over the railings and diving down to the courtyard below. I closed my eyes praying to any deity who would listen not to throw up on Abaddon. Fearing we were plummeting to our demise, I braced myself. The impact came as Abaddon landed on the ground, causing an earthquake underneath us, but thankfully we were still alive.

That was quite the rush.

The motion wasn't over as Abaddon kept moving. Our surroundings were a blur with how fast he was moving so I didn't get a good look at what was around the castle, but I could somewhat tell what was in front of us. From what I could make out, there was a wall that surrounded the castle, and we were just about to cross the opening that led to a pitch-black forest up ahead.

The dark forest. I remembered catching a glimpse of it from my bedroom balcony, but I never thought I'd be going into it. Helios mentioned how dangerous it was if I dared try to escape, but now I was diving headfirst into it. I hoped we could find Xaphan fast.

Going through the main entrance, we bolted across what looked to be a drawbridge that connected up to the other side. What separated us was a river as red as blood. I hope it wasn't blood, but I wasn't going to ask about it. As for the dark forest, it was what I expected. The dirt beneath Abaddon's paws and the large trees devoid of any foliage were all black. The smell of cedarwood and smoke polluted the air and made it difficult to breath, especially with Abaddon breezing right through it like it was nothing. He finally skidded to a stop when I started a coughing fit.

Abaddon turned his head to the side, looking up at me through his right eye.

I patted the top of his head while clearing his throat. "I'm okay," I said weakly.

I cleared my throat a second time and tried again. "I'll be okay. I just didn't expect the air to be so thick."

Abaddon gave a chortle then proceeded to walk rather than run. It made breathing easier, but the intense heat had me coated in sheen of sweat already. With no foliage to block my view, I could look up at the reddened sky and the sun beaming down at us. Everything about this place was dark and dreary. Welcome to Hell, right?

My eyes shifted around us, hoping to catch a glimpse of Xaphan, but so far all I could find was emptiness. Not a soul in sight other than Abaddon and me.

"Any idea how to find him?" I asked, even though Abaddon had no way of communicating with me in this form. Feeling brave, I told Abaddon to stop. I shimmied off him, landing on my feet with a thud. Now that I was no longer on his back, Abaddon's hellhound form burst into flames, shrinking down until the playful dark auburn I knew him as was standing beside me.

Butt ass naked.

"I sense him, which means he's somewhere nearby," Abaddon said, running a hand through his thick mop of hair and blew out a breath, looking so comfortable in all his nudity.

I did not hear a single word he said, nor was I paying attention to anything other than Abaddon's perfectly sculpted body layered with muscle and fine hairs along his pecks, and a dark treasure trail that traveled down to a thick, uncut cook, and heavy ball sack.

Fuck, he was hot.

Now I knew why he was so confident about his charm and appearance. I was starting to think he wasn't all talk.

Abaddon turned to me, giving me a full-frontal view of his lean body. My mouth watered at the sight.

"Antonia," Abaddon's voice finally registered in a husky, singsong voice. "You're looking at me like you want to take a bite out of me. Enjoying the view?"

I mindlessly nodded, my voice taking a holiday.

Abaddon let out a throaty growl as he stepped closer to me. His hands instinctively resting on my hips and his forehead dipping to rest on mine.

"You can touch me if you want," he whispered.

"Can I?" I asked in a shaky tone, my fingers twitching beside me.

A gentle nod was the only confirmation he gave me, and my hands went up and rested against the heated flesh of his chest. Slowly, oh so slowly, my fingers ran down his sharpened abdomen. Abaddon hissed but otherwise remained still. My hands went lower, following the thin line of hair that met his groin. His cock was already filling, twitching with the need to be touched. To be played with. My fingernails lightly grazed over his veined length, watching as it grew harder.

It took every ounce of willpower in me not to drop to my knees and take him into my mouth. I wanted to. God, how I wanted to.

I had to wonder if something was wrong with me. I was finding myself lusting over all these men, mostly Deimos and Helios, but I'd be lying if I wasn't interested in Apollyon and Abaddon too. Xaphan on the other hand was an anomaly. Maybe if he loosened up around me there could be something. But what did that say about me that I was soaking wet for four, possibly five, guys at the same time?

Monsters, no less. A demon lord and an army of hellhounds.

This was as sinful as it could get, but I wasn't against it. Only confused.

Abaddon's hands moved to my face, holding me tight as he dove into my mouth. I gasped as his tongue pushed against my lips seeking entrance. I opened up and moaned at the feel of him devouring me. With every whimper I let out, Abaddon drank it up like water which seemed to egg him on even more. My hands went around him, reaching down to grab fistfuls of his firm ass and pushing him closer to me. Our bodies were practically glued together while we were sucking on each other's lips and tongue. His now rock-hard erection was grinding between my legs. I was now painfully soaked as his long length jutted up and down.

After what felt like forever, Abaddon pulled back, panting like he'd just run a marathon.

"Damn." He sighed heavily. "That was so fucking hot."
