She sees that I mean every word and I’m not backing down.

“Fine,” she says through clenched teeth, looking to her phone and typing quickly, sending Ethan the message.

After five minutes, the driver gets in the car and drives off.

My finger lifts her chin so she can look at me. “Don’t you ever call him to come and get you or for anything else. If you need money, a car, a motorcycle, whatever you need. You ask me. Do you understand?”

Her beautiful eyes glitter from the reflection of the light coming from the gym. The guys are finishing locking up. They stand outside the gym’s front entrance to wait for my instruction.

Fishing the keys for my Zenvo out of my pocket, I hand them to her. “Here, you’re driving.” Her eyes go wide.

“You are letting me drive your precious car?”

“Yes, my girl can drive my car. Now get in. I’m hungry and you need to eat.”

Brian stands there with a smirk. “What?” I say, opening the door of the passenger side, looking his way.

“You are really letting her drive your car?” Brian asks.

“Yeah, why?”

“Brother, you hardly let anyone sit in that car,” Jake says.

“Briana can drive or ride whatever she wants as long as it’s mine.”

The three of them chuckle. “We took care of Crew and sent him on his way when you two were, uh, busy,” Brian says.

“Good. I’m letting it be known now, so it’s clear. Anyone ever questions my relationship with Briana, you tell them that she is mine. Anyone puts their hands on her is done.”

“We got it, Champ. We know she’s your girl. We won’t let anyone hurt her,” Nick says.

Jaden

She drives out of the parking lot, trying not to floor the car changing gears and I’m impressed she drives the car well.

“We can go wherever you want but just note that the fights have been announced and the media will take notice. I want to talk and air out our differences.”

“There is nothing to air out, Jaden.”

“Keep telling yourself that. I’m sorry for what happened with Crew back there. You don’t have to worry about him. He won’t be allowed back in the gym or anywhere around our camp. Are you okay?”

She sighs. “Yeah. I’m good. He just caught me by surprise, and I never expected him to be so aggressive. I was startled more by your quick reflex in the way you took him down.”

I grin. “You never have to worry about someone hurting you, Briana. Not with me.”

She swallows nervously. “I told Ethan what happened.”

My head tilts to the side and I quirk a brow. “Which part?”

She gives me a smirk. “The part that mattered.”

I scoff. “The only part that mattered was me fucking you with my tongue and the taste of your pussy when you came. The second part was when I almost killed Crew with my bare hands. Make sure you didn’t leave anything out.”

“I never figured you were the jealous type.”

“When it comes to you, there is no such thing as jealousy. More like possession. The faster you understand that the better.”

“I don’t belong to anyone, Jaden. I’m not an object.”
