My stomach somersaults at the disgusting name Daniel and Ben would call me when they would rape me. I feel like I’m going to throw up. My hands tremble with the key fob, trying to unlock the jeep, but it falls, hitting the black pavement of the parking lot.

My eyes squeeze shut, and I try to ignore his next words. I don’t want to look at them but my want is short lived as he pulls my hair back and it feels like it is ripping out of my skull. “Your cunt of a mother owes us and told us you were parading that fine tight pussy of yours around some rich folks. You know why we are here. We want money or you can work it off just like before. I hear you like to twirl on a pole around here and looking at you now, we can see you are all grown up and looking mighty fine.”

“Yeah, look at these sweet wheels. So which one bought it for you? Which one did you have to get on your knees and suck his cock or did you give them a taste of that sweet pink pussy we love to ride?” Ben says.

“Please, let me go. I don’t have your money and my mother’s debt is not my problem. If she owes you money, then you need to talk to her about it. I haven’t seen or heard from her. Now leave me alone,” I seethe.

My phone begins to ring but my head is tilted back painfully by Daniel’s grip and I can’t see who is calling.

Ben snatches my bag from my hand and retrieves the key from the ground. I squeeze my eyes shut because I can’t reach for my phone. I begin to scream.

“Help! Help me, please,” I scream but a painful blow is felt in my head, and everything goes black.

Jaden

Walking into the office after calling Brie’s cell phone has me in panic mode. I see Nate looking through some paperwork and he looks at me with a frown.

“What’s up, brother?”

“Can you pull up Brie’s GPS on her cell phone? I keep calling her, but she doesn’t answer. She should have been here from school by now. It was her last day at the center.”

Nate quickly pulls up her GPS location on her phone and the most recent pins. When I look up at the screen of the system I installed, I see the pin of her cell phone moving in the opposite direction of the gym. My instincts have me on high alert and I know something is wrong. Very wrong. Brie has officially moved into my house. Our house. It has been two weeks since the night at the club and I have made sure to pay her handsomely for her time at Equinox with me as her VIP.

Today was her last day and we were set to congratulate her. Fuck. Something is very wrong. I can feel it. “Don’t lose her, Nate. Something does not feel right. She told me she would come straight over. Call Giselle and ask her when was the last time she heard from Brie.”

“You got it, brother.”

I look outside the office and scan the gym for Nick and Jake. “Yo, Jake. Yo, Nick,” I roar, waving them over.

They run up like they have fire on their asses at the sound of my voice.

“What’s up?” Nick says.

“Something is wrong with Brie. She isn’t picking up.” I look at Nate when he hangs up with Giselle and he shakes his head. The fear begins to build in the pit of my stomach. They took her. I know it. “Those motherfuckers came and they took her.”

Nate bunches his hands in tight fists and my nostrils flare. “Nate, stay here with Giselle and send me updates on Briana’s phone. She took the jeep this morning. Where is it?”

Nate’s fingers type fast, entering the code for the white jeep and the map pinpoints it as being parked at the center. Her phone is moving but her car is still there. Fuck.

I glance at Jake and Nick. “You down? I need to get my future wife from some assholes who took her.” I lower my voice. “You know the end result.”

They both nod in understanding and I rake my hands through my hair. My cell phone vibrates and I answer placing the phone on speaker. Ethan’s voice filters through my ears, “I know I said I would let you handle this but I’m in a black SUV parked outside of your gym. Let’s go. We don’t have much time.”

I hang up and look at the guys. Carter is out front waiting. I don’t have time to kick his ass, but I need to get Briana before they hurt or touch her.

I slide in the passenger side, Jake, Nick, and Brian slide into the back of the armored blacked-out Escalade.

“Damn, you really are with the Mafia,” Brian says as the car lunges forward, peeling out of the parking lot.

Ethan is driving and hands me the coordinates of where Daniel and Ben are taking her. “They are on their way with her to a drug house they have outside of Nevada. I have a guy at a rendezvous point right outside waiting for us to arrive.”

“Good,” I tell him, placing my black hoodie over my body armor and then adjusting the baklava on my face. I check the scope and round the chamber of my Glock and place it in its holster. The guys in the back do the same as Ethan floors the SUV leaving dirt in its wake.

“Jake, give me the bag.” He hands it over to me and takes out my cutting knives and what I call my filet-o-fish knife. For those pesky little jobs that require a little extra carnage.

“Are we off the grid?” I ask Ethan. It means the other leaders are not involved and don’t know what we are doing.

“My father knows. You have nothing to worry about. He says you have full support. She will soon be your wife and she is considered your immediate family. Castellanos is aware.”
