“Hi mate, where did you get off to?” she asked him with a wide smile.
“Congratulations on finding your fated mate,” I told themas I held my hand out to her.
“Oh, thank you. You must be Breonna. He told me about you. Thank you and good luck to you,” she replied looking from me to Elias and Drake.
“Thanks,” they both said as they approached me.
“Well, if you’ll excuse me, we need to get back. See you later. Good luck Bree, Drake, Eli,” Travis exclaimed as he led Amanda off towards their group.
CHAPTER 8
Now, There’s Two
Hmm, Wow! I woke up this morning with five alphas I had to choose from, now I am down to two. Go figure. I turned to face Elias and Drake with a huge smile on my face. The two that I had an initial connection with are the ones I am left with. I am still admiring muscled chests as they approach me with smirks on their faces. I held my arms out to them and they entered them without hesitation.
I couldn’t resist stroking their backs with my hands aswe stood in our embrace. Elias leaned forward for a kiss before he stepped backward to finish taking his outer clothing off. Drake stepped forward and gave me a passionate kiss. Then we both stepped back to our area to remove the rest of our street clothes.
When we finished undressing and getting comfortable, Tom came over with a pretty blonde in tow. “Hey Bree, meet Becky, my fated mate,” he announced with a huge grin.
“Congratulations Tom. Have you told dad yet?” I asked himas I hugged him and gave him a kiss which elicited a growl from Becky.
“Relax Becky. This is my sister. No need to be jealous of her. These are her to beaus, Alphas Drake, and Elias,” Tom revealed to Becky who then bowed respectfully to them.
“Very nice to meet you all,” Becky replied as he held onto Tom’s right bicep. “Can we get back to our group now? I’m hungry?” she growled at Tom as she tugged him towards the other end of the lake.
“It was nice meeting you Becky. Welcome to the family,” I cried out as Tom started to escort her towards their group of friends.
“Wow. It seems everyone is hooking up today. What are the odds?” Inoted as I sat down on one of the chairs we found.
“Well, it is a function for unmated wolves to mingle. There’s bound to be one or two that will find their fated mate,” Elias quipped as he sat down next to me.
“Why are you so sad?” Drake asked me as he sat in front of me.
“I’m happy for them. I am. The three of us know how exciting it is to find our fated mates. But we also know the pain of losing them as well.Seeing them excited, just hurts a little is all,” I explained as I settled in my chair.
“What can we do to make it better for you?” Elias asked as he reached over to move a wayward strand of hair out of myface.
“I don’t know, really. Just being here with me helps,” I replied as he reached over and wrapped his arm around my shoulder. I snuggled closer to him enjoying his warmth and embrace. He then picked me up and placed me on his lap. “Mm, this helps too.”
“I thought it would,” he replied as he leaned in and kissed me gently and then passionately. “I’ve wanted to kiss you like that since last night. It was even better than I imagined,” he explained as he leaned his forehead against mine.
“I’m gladyou liked it,” I panted as I caught my breath.
Drake just chuckled ashe listened to our encounter. He wasn’t jealous of Elias kissing me. I am now dating two very hot alphas. What in the world am I going to do? Both are awesome kissers. Wow! The more I am around each of them, the more I like both of them.
Eliasunwrapped his arms and allowed me to settle down on my own towel which was in between the two of them. I sat there for a moment contemplating whether or not I wanted to go into the water. The water looked so inviting.
“Do you want to go into the water or just lie around for a while?” I asked the both of them as they were just sitting in their chairs watching everyone else.
“We can go into the water for a little fun now. What’ll you say?” Drakereplied looking at me then to Elias with a smirk.
“Yeah, we can play in the water for a while. It might be fun.” Elias chimed in with a similar smirk on his face.
Now, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to go into the water. What were they planning?I got up from my sitting position and started walking towards the water. Then, I got a smirk of my own and said, “I’ll race you.” To Drake and Elias who were still sitting in theirchairs. I took off for the water and dove in before they were evenhalfway there.
When I finally came up from my dive, I was met with a feisty Drake and Elias. “That wasn’t a fair race Bree,” pouted Elias. “You didn’t give us a chance to actually compete. No fair!”
“Yeah! You cheated!” Drake chimed in adding his best pouting face.
