Andie: Can you talk?

She jumped when the phone started immediately buzzing in her hand.

"Hey!" she answered.

"Hey to you too. What are you doing?"

"Just unpacking, I didn't want to bother you, but I wanted to hear your voice."

"Andie, you never need to worry about bothering me. I'm always here for you. Call me whenever you think of me."

"That's probably not a good idea, I have you on my mind a lot."

He chuckled on the other end of the phone. "What do you and Avery have planned for tonight?"

"I don't know, honestly I'm so tired I wouldn't mind just ordering in and going to bed early."

"You didn't overdo it today, did you? I checked in with Red and he told me the guys took care of as much as you would let them."

"No, nothing like that. They were a big help. Thank you."

"Anything for you."

"You need to stop doing that."

"Doing what?"

"Telling me you will do anything for me."

"But I would, you know that, right?"

Not knowing how to respond, Andie immediately regretting bringing it up.

"Never mind, I should let you go. I need to go check on Avery. If I didn't know better, I would think she was jealous of us."

"I will never pretend to understand the relationship between sisters."

"That's a smart move, Mr. Mike." And with that, Andie hung up.

She headed into Avery's room and found her sister just laying on her bed staring at the ceiling.

"What's going on with you?" Andie said as she plopped onto the bed next to her.

"Nothing. Why?"

"You just don't seem like yourself."

"I'm fine. Really."

"Ave, cut it out. What's your problem?"

"I don't know. It sounds stupid. I'm happy for you, ya know? I'm just worried that when the baby is here it will be you, Mike and the little one all the time." Tears came to her eyes as she finished, "I just don't know where I fit in. It's been just me and you for so long, and now you don't need me anymore."

Andie laid next to her sister and reached for her hand. "Avery, you are my number one. Always have been, always will be."

"But I'm not anymore. The baby is your number one and it should be."

"Right now the baby is the size of some small fruit, and I'm not even certain it has ears yet."
