My eyes stung.
“Lionel’s Landscaping has expanded past the point of my ability to both manage and labor, and since I’m not willing to give up the latter… I need someone to organize my life, someone who’s good with customers. How about becoming my secretary, sweet Haley?”
A ping shot through my chest. “You’re offering me a job?” I asked, my lips quirking even though wetness hazed my eyes.
“It’s yours if you’re willing to accept it—same as my heart.”
“Oh, fuck,” I murmured as a rush of elation rose inside me to choking levels.
Garrett laced his fingers through mine and squeezed tight. I clung to him.
“We’re really doing this, aren’t we?” I asked in no more than a whisper.
The two men glanced at each other, that crackle of energy between them lifting the hairs on my arms, but when they turned toward me as though of the same mind, my breath left in a rush.
“I want you both,” Wyatt said.
“I’m a greedy bastard,” Garrett added.
“Brat,” I corrected him, squeezing his fingers and snickering, my heart full to bursting.
“Well?” Wyatt pushed, pulling my focus back toward him.
“You’re serious, aren’t you?” I asked, the silliness fading along with my smirk.
“I already told Garrett he’s going to move back in with me, but I need you there too, Haley. It’ll be awkward as fuck sometimes, I’m sure. Uncomfortable. But I’m determined to try. I have so much love inside me, and my body aches to give you both the affection and attention you want.”
“He’s willing to be my living lollipop, Hal,” Garrett added his two cents, and I burst back into laughter.
“You might change your mind,” I warned Wyatt, my breasts and nipples aching at the memory of being on the receiving end of Garrett’s oral fixation. “He’s insatiable.”
Wyatt grinned, so damn gorgeous that a pulse radiated between my thighs. “I wouldn’t have him any other way.”
I inhaled deeply and let the exhale leak slowly until my lungs emptied. “Yeah.”
“Yeah?” Wyatt echoed, his eyes lighting.
“I’m willing to put in the work if you two are.”
“Oh, thank fuck.” Garrett set his mug on the table beside him and wrapped his arms around my waist. My fingers found his hair as always.
Wyatt’s gaze caressed over us, a soft smile on his lips. “So.” His focus lifted from Garrett’s face to mine. “Can you start Monday morning?”
Sudden tears welled in my eyes at the raw honest vulnerability in his. “Yes.”
“And is it too soon to tell you I’m desperately in love with both of you?” Wyatt asked, his gaze flicking between the two of us.
I choked on the tightness of my throat. “No—because I love you too.”
“Fuck.” Garrett swiped at his eyes. “You had to go and say the words I’ve been dying to hear…love you too, Wyatt. So damn much it hurts.”
I wiggled my fingers toward Wyatt, and he sat on my other side. Threading my fingers through his hair, I glanced between my two men. Dark and blue eyes roamed over my face, landing on my lips.
“Kiss me.”
They did.
And we ended up giggling in a tangled mess of limbs on the living room floor.
