“Wine for my lady.”

I take the glass and sip the wine. “It’s good.”

His cheeks darken in a blush, and he steps aside, motioning to the tub. “The water is as hot as Hades. Just the way you like it.”

I laugh, stepping into the tub. A satisfied sigh leaves my mouth as I sink into the hot water. He watches and then clears his throat.

“Well, I’ll leave you to it.”

Wait. What?

“You aren’t going to get in?”

He stops and turns to face me. “Do you want me to get in?”

“Yes.”

“Okay.”

He seems relieved. Did he think I didn’t want him in there with me?

“I’ll be right back.”

Nodding, I close my eyes, letting the warm water soothe my body. I might have to ask if I can come over and use this tub. It’s pretty freaking nice. The thought has me smiling as I hear footsteps approaching. Opening my eyes, I find myself renderedspeechless. I think this is the first time I’ve seen Tool fully naked. And it does not disappoint. Tattoos cover his muscular body, telling a story. There’s a light dusting of hair on his chest, and a happy trail that leads all the way to a body part that I’m very familiar with. It twitches, as if sensing my gaze.

Tool asks, “How do you want to do this?”

Blinking, I realize he means both of us fitting in the tub.

“I think we’ll have enough room if you sit behind me.”

“Can’t promise that I’m not going to get a hard on with your ass rubbing against me.”

I snort. “I won’t hold it against you.”

Leaning forward, I sit up so he can climb in behind me.

“Shit. How are you sitting in this water? It’s so hot.”

“Drink your wine. It helps.”

He finally settles, and I find myself between his legs. His cock presses against my ass, just like old time. Closing my eyes, I bite back a groan. This is torture.

Tool says, “This is nice. Thanks for letting me take a bath with you.”

“I should thank you. This tub is heaven.”

Outside, the storm gets worse, and rain pounds against the window. There’s a burst of lightning and then the lights go out.

“Well, guess it’s a good thing I lit the candles.”

My mouth is too dry to speak. Not because I’m scared, but because I know how close I am to giving into temptation. We’re in a bathtub, naked, surrounded by the romantic glow of candles while a storm rages on outside. It’s like a romance novel happening in real life. The only thing missing is for Tool to reveal that he’s really in love with me. My breath hitches at the thought.

“Are you okay, Machelle?”

“Peachy.”

“Let me rub your back. It’ll help.”
