“We need Jaci Ruby to come out on stage with us!” Aidley announces.

I hear Birdie scream louder than Maz does.

Everyone starts clapping for me.

A second later - as I try to find a breath - someone hands me a guitar.

And just like that I’m about to play on stage with Pawn Charm.

Reality check for a second here.

I’m standing on stage with Pawn Charm.

I’m standing next to Aidley.

She’s smiling at me, watching me play guitar.

Tyler already asked what song I want to play.

I blurt out Peace for Peaches!

I look at Ernie.

Then finally… Ledo.

He points at me.

Ledo points at me!

Now I’m blushing.

Ledo is cheering me on as I play the guitar intro to the song.

My favorite part of the intro is coming next.

Aidley nods.

She and I get close to the mic.

I know just when to stop playing.

Then together Aidley and I yell…

“They look like butts!”

And the song kicks in.

I scream and jump up and down.

I can hear the people in the crowd cheering.

I’m not sure if it’s for me or the song or the band or what.
