By the time sweat slicked us and shimmered in the low light, we had lost all finesse. He roughly scooted us back on the bed, then flipped us over so he blanketed my body with his.

I wrapped my legs around his hips, and he grabbed my thigh. As he held most of his weight on one arm, he pushed my leg up to give him a better angle. Then he slammed into me so hard, I saw stars and couldn’t breathe. Over and over, he drove deep and I fought for something to hold onto. My hands clawed at the bedding, ripping it loose and bunching it around us.

“What do you want?” He breathlessly demanded as sweat rolled down his neck.

“Fuck me! Fuck me hard! Please,” I begged, and he delivered.

In an animalistic frenzy, his hips snapped harder—faster. Until the room was filled with moans, grunts, and the slapping of sweaty flesh on flesh. With each stroke, he hit that perfect spot.

My nails scored his back and dug into his tight ass. With each pounding thrust, the pressure continued to build. Finally, with my breath ragged and coordination non-existent, I shattered. Pulsing euphoria washed over and through me as my pussy throbbed, squeezing around his frantic strokes until he drove deep, and he joined me in the explosion. His cock spasmed within, filling me with every drop he had to give until he shuddered and collapsed, still buried deep inside me.

Ragged breaths accompanied the fading aftershocks. He buried his face in my neck and I wrapped my arms around his trembling shoulders.

“I love you so fucking much,” he hoarsely whispered.

“Not as much as I love you,” I murmured between heaving breaths. He hummed before nipping my neck.

Sex with this man had always been amazing, but this… this was indescribable.

We fell asleep, still connected, limbs tangled and locked as if afraid the other would disappear in the night. Though we needn’t have worried. If we somehow drifted apart in the dark, we would instinctively find the other.

Because we were two halves of a whole.

Reluctantly, I disentangled myself from Sage’s warm body. She mumbled in her sleep and reached for me, but immediately settled with a sigh. Grabbing my jeans from the floor, I quickly put them on without fastening them and went to answer the door.

“Boss man, I’m sorry to bother you, but this is important,” Gator softly explained when I scowled through the crack of the door.

“I’ll be right out.”

Pissed that I wouldn’t be climbing back into bed with my woman, I quickly dressed. When I stepped into the hall, Gator waited.

“What the fuck couldn’t wait?” I grumbled.

“You’ll see,” he evasively replied and walked off. I followed him as he went directly to the front door, then outside.

A man lay bound and gagged on the ground. His face was bloody, and it didn’t take long to see that it was because he was missing both eyes and the deep gashes around them were still bleeding.

“Motherfucker,” I muttered. “What the fuck is this?”

“I brought you a present, Adrien,” my cousin Evan announced as he came from behind my truck, carrying a laptop that he handed me. It didn’t take long to figure out who the guy was when I saw the SUV parked on the other side of mine. When I opened the laptop, I was surprised to see it wasn’t locked and password protected.

“I took care of that for you,” Evan explained, his jaw line distinctive and hard. “You might want to take a look at what he has on there.”

It didn’t take me long to see what Evan was talking about.

“Get Blade,” I instructed, and Torque hurried to make the phone call. “We need to get him out of sight.”

“What about the old shack toward the back of the property?” Gator asked. “It’s not much to look at, but it will get him out of the way.”

“Make it happen,” I directed, my blood boiling. Gator, Torque, and Tigger loaded him up in the back of the UTV we’d picked up. The entire time he fought and thrashed to no avail.

“You’re welcome,” Evan snapped as if he had any right to come onto our chapter’s property uninvited. Drago stood off to the side, silently watching everything unfold.

Though it soured my stomach to owe him a goddamn thing, I gritted my teeth and replied, “Thank you.”

Everyone including Drago went inside, leaving me alone with my cousin.
