I roll my lips, dropping my eyes because yeah, okay, he’s right about that. It’s a solid gold band decorated with black diamonds along both the edges and a badass diamond crown in the center. It cost me nearly half of what I had in my safe, but I don’t care. I saw it and fell in love with it, and by the look on his face right now, he loves it, too, just like I knew he would.

“Aww. That’s so sweet-”

“Shut up.”

Rachel snorts, shaking her head at me. “Okay, then. By the power vested in me by the magic of the internet, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now-”

He rushes me and smashes his mouth on mine, ignoring Rachel when she throws her arms out in annoyance.

“Kiss the bride.”

Everyone fucking claps and cheers around us so I blindly flip them off, making them laugh. Damon slides his hands around my waist to lift me off my feet and I grin, wrapping my arms around his neck to kiss him back.

“Fuck, I love you.” I rasp, running my hands through his hair.

“I love you back, Callie Kingston.” He teases, dropping his forehead on mine to look down at the wedding ring on his finger. “Baby, why did you-”

“Because I wanted to.” I glare, gripping his jaw to force his eyes back to mine. “Don’t even try to fight me on this, husband, because if you do, you’ll be fucking your hand for a month.”

He smirks and the twins laugh quietly beside us, patiently waiting for their moment. I crook my finger and they hit me with their big ass matching grins, moving in to sandwich me between the three of them.

“I kept that fake ID if you want it.” Kai teases, wrapping his arm around my neck. “Not so fake anymore, is it, sister in law?”

“You mean the one you planted on me after you tried to frame me for blowing up that mental hospital?”

“You did what?”

All heads turn to Elijah and I shrug, throwing them under the bus. “They also kidnapped me off the street, taped me up and tossed me in the trunk of Damon’s car.”

“Boys!” He barks, shaking his head when they just laugh at him.

He moves in to congratulate his son so I lean back against the railing to smoke a joint with Rachel, watching Damon while he does his thing with his family and friends.

“He’s so fuckin’ hot.” She groans, voicing my own thought.

“Are you asking me to kick your ass right now?” I raise a brow, rolling my eyes when she smirks.

“After what you taught me earlier, I’m pretty sure I could take you.” She teases, bumping my shoulder with hers. “For real, though. I’m happy for you. You deserve to be loved the way that guy loves you.”

I drop my eyes to hide a grin, playing it off because I have no clue what to say to that. “You goin’ soft on me, Rossi?”

“Yeah, well..” She shrugs, snatching my joint to take a hit. “Don’t get used to it. Bitch.”

I laugh, looking back to the boys when Elijah’s phone rings in his pocket. He takes it out and sighs, suddenly back to boss man mode.

“Alright, I need to go meet this lawyer to keep your sorry ass out of jail.” He tells Damon, bumping each of the boys’ fists. “Be careful and don’t get in any fights. I’ll see you all in a few days.”

“A few days?” Kai pulls his head back, confused. “Where you goin’?”

“Not far.” He hides a grin, leaning in to kiss my cheek. “Congratulations, Callie.”

“Thanks, Mr Kingston.”

He shakes his head at me before he leaves and Kai frowns after him, still confused. We all ignore him and Damon comes up behind me to wrap his arms around my waist, pulling me into him and holding me there.

“You ready, punk?”

“And where are you goin’?” Kai rolls his eyes, looking a little put out.
