Ryker takes our passports and holds them out, but he tells us to go to the officer standing under the straw tiki-hut type structure.

We wait in line, and Ryker nuzzles my neck while I giggle and rub my ass on his growing erection.

When we get to the front, a younger man in his twenties, wearing khaki shorts and a button-down coral shirt and a name tag with Javon, asks, "What brings you to the Bahamas?"

"Passing through to Bermuda," Ryker replies. "My soon-to-be bride and I are traveling the world."

"Really? That's pretty awesome."

"You should see the tuna she caught. Over three hundred pounds."

"Wow. You were able to reel that in?"

"Harry helped me. But it was a fight," I say in my Mexican accent.

"How did you two meet?"

Ryker pulls me closer. "It was love at first sight. You're pretty young, but have you ever experienced true love?"

"Ummm..." The young man shifts uncomfortably.

"Didn't think so. But listen, if you find it, you've gotta grab it while you can, understand?"

"Ahh...sure." He nervously smiles, barely looks at our passports, and stamps them. "Welcome to the Bahamas."

"Thank you," I sweetly tell him, and Ryker and I pass through.

When we are far from immigration, I spin into him. "That was fun."

"Wasn't it?"

"Yes."

"What do you think? Should we try to get on the night flight out?"

"Why not? We could wake up to pink beaches, right?"

He kisses me. "Yep. And I'm claiming tomorrow asrub sunscreen all over your bodyday."

"Does that include my ass?" I say in my Mexican accent.

He groans. "It definitely includes your ass." He hails one of the cabs waiting on the curb and tells him to take us to the airport.

We make out the entire car ride, happy, in love, and not worried about anything. And I finally believe in second chances. No matter what happened in the past, he is my future. For the first time in years, life is worth living because I have him, and I believe in us.

It doesn't take that long to get to the airport. I'm not even nervous when we arrive. We go to the counter and buy our tickets. Ryker tells the same story he told the immigration officer, and the lady at the desk hands us our paperwork and points to the gate.

I should feel strange being in an airport again, but Ryker is the only thing I'm concentrating on.

And that is where I go wrong.

I should notice the man in security whispering to the woman next to him, but I don't.

When we get to our gate, I sit on Ryker's lap, and we continue to make out until someone clears his throat. We look up, and Axel and Penelope have big smiles on their face.

"Sorry to interrupt," Axel says.

I jump up and hug Penelope. "What are you doing here?"
