“I could, but it’s more fun if I don’t.”

I elbow him.

He holds up a jar of eucalyptus rub. “To loosen up your congestion. Plus, you’ll get the added benefits of smelling like a spa.”

“That does not smell like a spa.”

“The eucalyptus part does.” He licks his lips. “Take your shirt off.”

Thank God I’m wearing a bra.

I remove my shirt.

He unclasps my bra.

“What are you doing?”

“Easy there. Do you want your bra stained? This looks like a pretty nice one if I do say so myself.”

Heat rises in my face.

Leaning close to my ears, he quietly says, “I’ve seen lots of body parts from my paramedic days, but I won’t look.”

I turn my face and almost run into his lips, seeing the amusement in his eyes.

“Fine. Do what you want.”

“Do what I want, huh?”

I elbow him again.

He laughs. “Just relax.”

I remove my bra, and he rubs his hands together and begins to massage the medication into my back. His warm hands knead my shoulder muscles and the back of my rib cage before he wraps around to the front of my body.

I inhale deeply as his fingers run over the top of my breasts just above my areolas, rubbing in a circular motion.

He isn’t touching them, but my nipples pucker and harden, and my breath shallows.

“You have nice skin,” he mumbles then kneads my shoulders one last time.

Reaching around my body, he grabs my shirt and holds it open.

I put my arms through the sleeves, and he reaches around and buttons it up. When he finishes, he kisses the top of my head and stands up. “Sit back. I’ll go make dinner.”

“Okay. Thank you.”

There’s heat in his eyes. “Anytime.”

He grins before grabbing my bra and putting it on the ottoman then taking the blanket and laying it back over me.

I laugh. “Are we just going to look at my bra all night?”

“I don’t have a problem with it.”

I roll my eyes.

He laughs, grabs it, and starts walking away.
