“How?”

“I went through his assistant, Marissa. She’s awesome and once I told her what the situation was, she handled all of it for me. He’ll find out with the rest of the family.”

“Won’t he be mad? And not just at you, but at his assistant?”

“If he wants to argue with me, I’ll just toss it back about how he hasn’t helped me in over a year. As for Marissa, well…she said he argues with her all the time, what’s one more?”

“That doesn’t seem fair.”

“If I thought she couldn’t handle it, I wouldn’t have done it. Trust me. I really like her. Plus, she knows how to handle my brother.”

They headed to the checkout and then loaded everything into Will’s Jeep before hitting up Home Depot for closet systems.

“Shouldn’t we look at furniture first?” he asked.

“This was closer. Plus, I already ordered a lot of stuff online. After shopping with you last week, I knew what I liked and it just seemed easier to do it that way. Plus, with Ryleigh’s help, it was all very efficient. She’s scary like that.”

“So I’ve heard,” he laughed. “It just seems unfair how much easier this is all going for you.”

“I’m a whiz at online shopping. You needed the hands-on approach. Otherwise, you would pick all the wrong stuff and be eating off of paper plates with plastic utensils. I couldn’t have that.”

Will moved in close to her when they were alone in the aisle. “You know when I also need a hands-on approach?” he said silkily.

“Mmm…when? Is it now?” she whispered.

“Naughty girl. Yes, but…no.” Laughing softly, he shook his head. “I was thinking about tonight after we get all of this stuff unpacked. I’d like to do a whole lot of hands-on stuff to you in your new place.”

“I think that’s only fair since we christened your place last weekend, but we’ll still have to eat at your place. Just like you, the only real piece of furniture I have is the bed.”

“Hmm…good point. How about this, we’ll treat your place as say…the appetizer. We can fool around and do anything you want, but then we’ll move over to my place because my bedroom is all set up now with real furniture and I’d love to christen that with you.”

Arianna looked up and down the aisle before grabbing Will’s hand and leading him away and toward the exit.

“Where are we going?”

“We can come back tomorrow and look at closet stuff. Right now, I’d love to go home and do everything you just mentioned.” Glancing at him over her shoulder, she winked. “And even some stuff you didn’t.”

When they were out in the parking lot, Will scooped her up in his arms as he ran for the Jeep.

“Will!” she laughed giddily. “Oh my goodness!”

By the time they got to the car, they were both laughing hysterically. “I know it’s still a twenty-minute drive, but I’m going to do my best to get there faster.”

Now she was cursing the fact that she hadn’t gotten the apartment in this part of town because it would have only been five minutes away. Still…there were plenty of things they could do to keep the sexy energy going.

Reaching over, Arianna ran a hand up his thigh and smirked when he turned and arched a brow at her. “Careful. I’d hate to drive off the road because then we’ll never get to the good stuff.”

With a pout, she sat back in her seat and decided to try a new tactic.

With a sexy hum, she smiled at him. “That would definitely be bad. I really want us to get to the good stuff. Fast,” she said breathlessly. “Hard and fast.”

Will immediately caught on and they bantered back and forth in the filthiest of ways that left her really breathless and more turned on than she thought possible.

And they still had ten minutes until they were home.

“Hey, Will?”

“Hmm?”
