Kit~
“Open up,” Lucas instructed, and when I did, I never would have imagined that it was because he was so dirty in bed. Gathering our combined releasesfrom my body, the man stuck his fingers in my mouth, and I licked them clean like an obedient sub.
Christ, who was I?
“See how perfect we taste together?” he murmured as his thumb coated my lower lip.
“I can see how this might become addictive,” I murmured, closing my eyes again.
“How itmightbe?” he scoffed, his warm breath flowing through the fabric of my dress and onto my skin.
My hands slid into his soft blonde hair, my nails lightly scratching his scalp. “That male ego of yours might explode out of control if I praise you too much.”
“No need to worry,” he chuckled. “I know Lawrence will always be your favorite.”
“As long as you know,” I muttered, feeling spent and absolutely wonderful.
I felt Lucas lift his body off mine, so that made me open my eyes. As he slid out of me, I said, “I’m going to need to disinfect the table.”
Lucas started stuffing himself back in his jeans. “I don’t see why,” he huffed. “We’re just going to dirty it up again later.”
“You got something against beds?” I quipped.
“Not at all,” he smirked. “I just want to make sure that you can’t walk into any room of this house and not think of me.” The jerk threw me a wink.
“Marking your territory?” I joked as I sat up, not caring that I wasn’t wearing any panties.
“You’re damn straight,” he said, making my lady bits tingle again. “I’ve waited years to get inside you.” He shook his head. “There’s no fucking way that I’m letting you get away now.”
Before I could say anything to that, Lucas scooped me up bride-style, then asked, “Where’s your bedroom?”
“Towards the back, down the hallway, on the left of the bookshelf,” I told him, eager for whatever was coming next.
“We take turns,” he stated.
Resting my head on his shoulder, I asked, “For what?”
“Sleeping in our beds,” he elaborated. “Unless you want to turn your house into a guest quarters and move in with me this weekend, we’ll need equal time in each of our beds.”
That got a laugh out of me. “A little too soon to be talking about moving in together, don’t you think?”
“Not at all,” he replied, and the man didn’t sound winded at all. “I’ve known you for years, and I’ve liked you for just as long. No need to take our time with the whole getting to know each other phase of dating.”
When we reached my bedroom, Lucas wasted no time laying me down on the bed. “What if I snore?”
“Ear plugs,” he automatically answered.
“What if I’m a slob?” I wasn’t, but these were serious questions.
“I can afford a maid,” he said as his body crawled over mine.
“What if I have a secret gambling addiction?” I didn’t, but while we were friends, Lucas didn’t know anything substantial about me.
“Then we’ll start going to GA, or I’ll start charging more for my horses,” he huffed.
“You’re so ridiculous,” I laughed.
Bracing all his weight on his elbows, Lucas looked down at me. “Quit trying to come up with stupid reasons why we shouldn’t move in together, and I’ll quit being ridiculous.”
